At first, I chose this hotel because of its name, Four Seasons on the Cloud, which is very artistic. After checking in, I found that I liked the decoration of the hotel very much. The location is very good, very close to the scenic spot, and you can see the prosperity of the Tang Dynasty in Xi'an when you go out. There are countless young ladies wearing ancient costumes for taking pictures. I have experienced ancient costumes myself. Xi'an is a very tolerant city. I don't think it's strange to walk on the street in Tang suits and Hanfu because everyone is wearing them. The rooms in this hotel are very clean, sanitary and tidy. I feel very relieved to stay with my grandmother and children. The mattress is very comfortable. There is free mineral water in the lobby, and tea bags and mineral water are provided free of charge in the room. The service of the girls and boys at the front desk is very good. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Xi'an. It is convenient and clean.

Location: Great - right behind Exit H Zhonglou metro station, across the road from Luomashi walking street and comfortable 10min walk to Bell Tower, Drum Tower & Muslim Quarter esp if you cut through the eateries to the right after you exit the hotel. Rooms: Lovely, spacious and comfortable. Toilet had a bidet. Huge TV but no English Channel and couldn’t cast shows from our phone. No view. We also had problems with the smell of smoke. The staff were quick to attend to it but they could only spray the room and once that dissipated the smoke smell was back. Hotel: There was a booth that offered airport transfers from the hotel for just 30yuan per person. The staff were pleasant but I think the most disappointing thing for me as a foreigner who isn’t able to speak Chinese was the lack of any English speaking staff. This to me is more of an Accor problem though. I had booked with Accor, a global brand, with expectations that there would be at least some English-speaking staff and at least one English TV channel (which our other more local hotels in Beijing had). Still overall good stay and I’d recommend it to anyone who can speak Chinese.

First trip to Xi An and I am so glad that I booked Sheraton as for my stay here! The room is fully equipped with all the things that we need. Location wise, it is very convenient with an underground train station just next to it. Scenic spots are also just down the road! Will definitely recommend Sheraton to others.

Wonderful stay! Rooms were comfortable and very clean. The front desk attendant who checked us in let us know that our original room (one large bed) could pick up noise from a nearby nightclub and offered to switch us to a room with two twin beds further away from the noise at no extra cost, which was appreciated. The free laundry machines/dryers were very convenient. The breakfast options were a bit sparse compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses I’ve stayed at in China, but there is still quite a bit of variety. The location of the hotel was great — very central and close to subway lines. Overall a very enjoyable experience!

Hotel is in a very good location, close to attractions and metro line. Take note that they do not have a front porch, so the dropoff usually directs to Shehui Road (社会路) and you have to walk through a carpark before you get to reception. There is another ibis hotel very close to this hotel - make sure you go to the correct one (even my tour guide got it wrong!) Service can be improved slightly as the reception staff often appeared bored. Housekeeping also entered my room even though the Do Not Disturb sign was clearly displayed. Otherwise, room is clean and modern. There is a rooftop garden with perfect view of the Drum Tower.

The air conditioner was not working due to central control switch off as outside temparature become lower. As I booked no window room, it's quite uncomfortable all night as I expected the air flow by air conditioning. I do open ventilation system and i got smell of smoke all night as well. Hotel staff bring the fan for me. They have very good service mind also I have good experience while checking in. By the way, the air conditioner must be control by me not the central control as it in the accoommudation list in my room.

An amazing hotel situated in a great location. The staff were incredible, in particular Jack and Andy, they couldn’t help me any more than they did.. Due to flight delays I was given a free 4pm check out, free upgrade on arrival and the breakfast was amazing, loved this place!

I am taking 3 boys with me for a two days family trip in Xi'an. The hotel is in a prime location, walking distance to local tourism attractions in walking distance. It's next to the Shanxi province government building. The square in front of the government building has a music fountain which will blow water more then 10 stories tall. This is fantastic. The rooms are big and clean, breakfast has both eastern and western styled food which was rated the best breakfast they had in China by the 3 boys. We were trying to eat at the famous muslin street but find it too hard to enjoy due to the huge crowd even during the rain. We found a local chain food store next to the hotel is our favorite, it is called 秦晋味道. We visited the Terracotta Army and Shanxi history Museum. They are so famous that there are huge crowd. It's like trying to get on the subway during rash hours in Tokyo. But there is a hidden treasure that is much worth than the Terracotta Army. It is called Mausoleum Museum of Bronze Chariots and Horses. This one is included with the purchased tickets of Terracotta Army. Not many people go there due it is 1 KM away and there is a long walking to reach the exhibit as well. The level of technologies used are amazing. It's a shock for us. The hotel is required by the government to collect both the passport and VISA information. So be prepared. I will use this hotel again for my next trip.

The stuffs are very friendly and helpful especially Ms.Taozi, she gifted us even by check-out with snacks since she got informed that we have further travel.😊 We keep our luddge in Hotel and will revert to this wonderful Hotel in 1 week once we are back to Xi'an. Next to the Chonglou, Metro line, and the bus stop go to Bingmayong. Very good location, near here have a street food, everything more cheaper than another place. Room very big and clean, good services
