Conforme já informado em outra avaliação, os quartos são antigos. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Os forros de cama era antigos e encardidos, assim como as toalhas. O café da manhã também não era bom. Apenas pães fatiados...destes de pacotes. Muita coisa reaproveitada de um dia para outro.

O Hotel é antigo e foi parcialmente reformado, os banheiro são estilo antigos e o chuveiro é elétrico. A limpeza é boa. A Tv tem poucos canais disponíveis. O café da manhã é simples, mas saboroso. O pessoal é cordial.

Apesar do hotel ter sido reformado recentemente, foi apenas no lounge e corredores. Os quartos ainda não bem antigos. A cama não é muito confortável, o banheiro é bem antigo (com aqueles azuleijos amarelo decorado) e o chuveiro é elétrico. O café da manhã é bem ruim. Esperava mais pelo custo x benefício. Não voltaria ao hotel.

O hotel é um bom custo benefício, teve uma parte reformada, mas é mais antigo! Já fiquei no hotel várias vezes a trabalho e atendeu bem! Não espere nada de luxo, é tudo bem simples.. mas o atendimento é super bom! e o café é bom também, se tiver com preço bom, vale!

Está modernizado em alguns aspectos, mas perdeu sua condição de melhor da cidade. Atendimento correto, quartos agradáveis, estacionamento coberto sem custo, localização central. O tradicional restaurante do subsolo fechou - e em seus tempos foi o melhor da cidade, com o proprietário, Sr. Ferronatto, dando atenção particular aos clientes fiéis. A sala do café está lindamente decorada para o Natal, mas sem disponibilidade de luvas ou presença de qualquer funcionário, com o desjejum bem discreto e sem graça. Ao longo de décadas acostumei-me a registrar os progressos deste histórico e tradicional hotel, pelo que me entristece constatar o que julguei ser indícios de decadência, ainda que muito tênues.
