It was raining when I went there. The hotel is in a good location. It is quiet around and there are shopping malls. The breakfast is also good. There is coffee in the kitchen. It is very cost-effective in Reading. Good reviews!

We stayed here today to attend a birthday party for a relative. Hotel was nice. Very close to everything. We have stayed here before. Hotel was clean. Staff was nice. We would stay here again. Plenty of vehicle parking. Next to the old hotel that was torn down.

A few moments after I entered my room, I went to use the bathroom.....a dead cockroach was in the corner....not a good start. I left a cup of ginger ale on the bed dresser, and later discovered it being attacked by many, many ants....and there were ants on the front area as well. The room was appointed adequately. Parking lot area was littered with some trash and many cigarette butts.

Our room smelled slightly of wet dog. The shower leaked all over the floor and had mildew in the corners. The whole place had an overall not-quite-clean feel to it along with dirt in the corner of the elevator, unfinished drywall in the hallway ceiling, and a missing cabinet door under the sink (the hardware is there…but no door!). When people walked by in the hallway, you could hear them as if they’re in the same room even when they seemed to be speaking in normal inside voices, and we heard every step the guests above us took each time they walked back and forth across their room. The breakfast wasn’t bad - simple, but tasty with a decent variety. Otherwise, generally disappointing.

If I could give this rating 0 stars I would bottom line our room was not cleaned AT ALL and there were no other rooms available to fit our family of four and unfortunately no other hotels available to stay at in the area SO we were forced to clean up someone else’s trash and dirt clean the bathroom take out trash rip sheets off bed bag up dirty towels vacuuming and etc. it was a disaster! Beware no housekeeping at this property! They are only there from 8-3:00 pm!! Never heard of a hotel only having part time housekeeping!

Good basic hotel. Breakfast is very basic. Would not provide me a receipt when I checked out. Room was clean. Hotel hallway was not well lighted. Nice basic hotel. Very close to everything. Plenty of parking. Window shade didn’t work at all.

Good hotel, very close to everything. Very basic breakfast provided by hotel. Room and hotel was very clean. Beds were pretty comfortable although bed was kind of high. A nice hotel over all. Would stay here again. Could not connect to internet WiFi.

My family and I stayed here last year for the air show weekend and had a great experience so we rebooked it right then for this year. We won’t be doing that again, everything has gone downhill. Two room suite with two TVs and only one remote this year? I asked at the front desk for a second one, thinking it was just lost. Nope…you have to run back and forth between rooms with one remote. Inconvenient for my 87 year old father to say the least. Refrigerator didn’t work but we were so exhausted when we put our food in that we didn’t notice it wasn’t cold, so we lost all our food we were storing in there for our weekend. Breakfast was very half assed, loafs of Walmart bread for toast, one of the waffle irons not working, no forks out, no syrup, and having to go to the front desk every time you find something that’s missing that you need….no one staffing the breakfast area. For $182/night, we expect better. We’ll try some place else next year.
