From check-in to check-out, the beautiful housekeeper Shanshan's thoughtful and comprehensive service is touching: arranging a driver to pick us up, always caring about our itinerary, upgrading the room for free, and planning a travel itinerary for us.
Yuehuitang is not only beautiful in environment and comfortable in rooms, but every staff member is very enthusiastic and responsive to everything.

房間挺大，設施上沒問題，不過安排在靠大堂的房間，號稱庭院房，三個房間圍成一個天井，對面看的清清楚楚，窗簾都不敢開，有什麼意義，而且隔音極差，大堂的音樂，電話聲，腳步聲聽得一清二楚。我認為，攜程的評級機制問題極大，這個充其量就是個民宿水準，但頁面沒有民宿的標，到酒店一看，反正跟我心中的五鑽酒店有太大差距，五鑽民宿我倒可以接受：首先，早餐種類少，送的雙人晚餐那三個菜乏善可陳，也沒有特色，而且當天到店6點多，並且在前一天已經確定過到店時間的情況下，跟我説現在就餐人數多，可能上菜要等很久，開車5個多小時的情況下，飯都沒吃上，急着趕去婺女洲，其次，到店連提行李箱的人都沒有，一個保安坐在前台的客人位上聊天，再次，晚上吃了夜宵回去，大堂大門緊閉，就留了個小夜燈，就一個保安睡在前台裏面的建議床上值班…第一天住的就一肚子悶氣，反正方方面面沒有達到我心中五鑽酒店的水準。我知道攜程的五鑽不代表五星級，所以攜程的評級背大鍋，讓我的期待變成一點失望。如果拿民宿的標準，這些不足的地方我可以接受。民宿是私人經營，家庭作坊，服務人手不足，疏漏可以接受。那麼大一個酒店標準來衡量，希望能做的更好。
