Pick-up: The hotel provides a pick-up service. The driver arrived on time and was very enthusiastic. He introduced all aspects of eating, drinking and playing in Wuyi Mountain. It was great.

無論是茶室飲茶還是水邊圍爐煮茶，茶師（經理和員工）皆根據住客需求陪喝茶陪聊天，給人賓至如歸的親切感。幾次分別品嚐了六尚的肉桂、大紅袍和水仙，對武夷巖茶加深了認識。
茶浴充滿地方特色，帶來滿屋茶香，令人心情愉悦。
早餐簡單順口，營養搭配合理，提供了充足的爬山能量。其它時段也可以看菜單點菜，菜品有特色，廚師廚藝精湛。
員工熟諳服務的分寸感，給與住客足夠的熱情和恰當的分寸感。有問必答，有求必應，在本人要求下，幫忙代買景點門票、大紅袍演出門票。本人趕早班高鐵來不及早餐，他們還給備了茶葉蛋、水果等帶走。正逢中秋佳節，還送了茶葉當伴手禮。
四天三晚，轉瞬即過。以後來武夷山一定會再住，會推薦給朋友。
