Old star hotel, service in place, answer all questions, very warm. The room was quite clean, and the Ferris wheel could be seen in the room, which was very eye-catching. This time I stayed at Changguangxi Hotel for 4 nights. We stayed on the 30th night. During the National Day holiday, Changguangxi Hotel insisted on basically not increasing the price. My standard room price has more than 350 yuan with double breakfast. The hotel was decorated according to the standards of a four-star hotel more than 10 years ago. The hotel environment is very good, across the road is Changguangxi National Wetland Park, it is a quiet place during the holidays, it is worth a visit, we also used a ** group for a 218 lunch at Shuiyue Villa in the park, plus 2 58 yuan / drunk crab, This is the most delicious meal we have eaten in Wuxi for five days. But there was also a horrible thing in the hotel. We lived on the 5th floor. On the morning of the 1st, we got up and saw a cockroach that was more than 1 foot in the bathroom. After stepping on it, we would move. I don’t know if I had climbed people at night. It’s very scary. After coming down and telling the reception desk, we immediately changed the room on the 3rd floor. In the room, the duty manager explained that the hotel environment is located in the wetland park, there are more insects, just killed some time ago, the room on the 5th floor is usually not used,..., this experience is the previous hotel has never experienced, it makes a bad mood, the next 2 days live on the 3rd floor, I am worried that there will be cockroaches?

I booked two double rooms and got a room on the 5th floor. It was not large in size. The room was clean and tidy and the facilities were quite complete. The hotel is in a good location. It is diagonally opposite from Exit 1 of Nanzenji Subway Station. It is 200 meters away from Wangxingji and Yaohan. It is a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The hotel is probably a lower-middle-class hotel from the Atour Group, but the service is pretty good. There is free coffee in the lobby from 3 to 9 p.m., which tastes surprisingly delicious. There are also late-night snacks in the evening, and there is a self-service laundry opposite the restaurant. room, these facilities are very useful on hot days.
Atour's bedroom products are indeed well-deserved. The memory pillow is very comfortable to sleep on. I bought one on Atour's website. The large-screen TV in the guest room is quite large, but the screen resolution is a bit lacking and the clarity is not enough. Not as good as the giant screen TV in the All Seasons Hotel.

GGuest UserWe had a great time at this hotel. Our rooms were amazing, spacious and comfortable. The beds was perfect as always worry about a hard bed. The quality of the furnishings are high quality in the rooms with lots of lighting options, remote curtains etc and bath with feet and tv to relax in the bath. The tv has English movies which is rare based on our experiences of hotels in China. There is even a cinema with pre downloaded movie options that you can watch with English subtitles and cinema chairs. There are two large pools, one indoor which is really cool with dark lighting and very blue water and one outside which my kids were brave enough to swim in with a view overlooking the lake. The hot springs were hot and relaxing with Tea, milk and sulphur baths. We are in the restaurant for dinner and have good local cuisine as well as breakfast in the morning with western options. The staff hospitality is what set this hotel experience apart as the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Turbo was fantastic and spoke good English so he could help us with checkin and other requests during the stay. Thanks so much Turbo and your colleagues for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. A gem in Wuxi!

Because my child is here for his birthday, I called the front desk in advance and the hotel prepared many surprises: a birthday cake in the room, longevity noodles in the restaurant, and room service. It has been upgraded. There are many child-friendly things. The breakfast room also thoughtfully asked us if we still need to prepare birthday supplies for our children. TTeresaLocation is superb, convenient to travel to most places of interest with nearby (within walking distance of 100 - 500 metres) many food options (using DianPing app would be an excellent way to look for well reviewed restaurants / services). The building consists of Tower A and Tower B. The hotel is in Tower A with the entrance marked as in the picture (with the green '100', black statue, and M cafe as landmark to guide you to the correct entrance). Check in is on the 28th Floor. Room is huge and well partitioned, comfortable for 2 pax. Kitchen with stove provided but no cooking utensils. Sink comes with regular tap and a water-filter tap. Fridge is spacious. Washer provided too (I didn't use it). Communication with hotel via WeChat which was efficient. Only complaints are: 1. pillows were too thin and 2. bath and WC drainage not so good that the hotel needs to look at solving it. One last personal advice is to opt for lower-mid level room, I stayed on the 16th, coz if staying much higher up, then lift taking may require more time. I forego the night scene for time saving.). Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.

DDacy ChinsueWe had a really spectacular stay at this hotel. I chose it because it looked like it would be a home away from home and it certainly was. So much so that we intend to stay here again. The staff were super polite and helpful especially in the restaurant and they spoke English. They quickly made accommodations for us to get us another broth and informed us of what wouldn't match our dietary restrictions. And the noodles, spring chicken and chocolate pastry were sooo tasty. 😊 Much respect to Eason and the team.😊

The location is literally meters away from Nanchang Walking Street where you can have tea by the riverside. It is also just across from a restaurant village and about 11 minutes from Wuxi railway station. It's also just a straight line distance to The Turtle Head Park so if you feel like riding, you won't get lost.

GGuest UserThe facilities are a bit old, like the former Hanting. It doesn't matter if you are on a business trip. The front desk service is quite enthusiastic, but the breakfast is really rubbish. I was speechless. When I asked the waiter if there were noodles or wontons, he directly said that the food was on the table, and then stood behind you and watched you eat quickly. When it was almost 9:30, he kept cleaning up and took away everything. I don't know if the restaurant is owned by the boss's relatives or contracted out. I won't stay here next time
