We have stayed before in other Intercontinental in China but the one in Wuxi was amazing I travel for business in China and staying at a good hotel is important to have a good rest after a hard working day. Our house keeper Alli Dai.did and awsome job and made pur days pleasant.

The high-floor executive room we booked this time, I would first say that the hygiene is good. It was fully booked during the National Day holiday, and there were many guests checking in, and there were many people queuing. The hotel opened four check-in windows in time and gave us drink coupons for the lobby bar. Let me talk about the room again. We stayed on the 24th and 23rd floors of the high floors. To be honest, there was no view. There were construction sites and cranes outside the window. We changed to the 23rd floor and could see the green park nearby on the other side, which made up for the psychological gap. I looked at the corridor and should be able to see Taihu Lake from the last room. The reason for changing rooms was that there was always noise from the ceiling in the room, not only the sound of walking upstairs, but also the sound of tapping similar to that of pipes. After changing rooms, there was also noise from the window glass. The hotel staff also came to help check and prepare to change our room the next day at night. The final explanation was that it was a problem with the developer's engineering. Well, it was a flaw of the hotel, but the decibel of the noise was still within an acceptable range. The executive lounge is open after 10 o'clock. Daily snacks are fruits, small desserts, etc. There will be four hot dishes, white rice, etc. for dinner. It is produced by the same kitchen as their evening buffet. There will be several kinds of wine. The administrative department will also understand the approximate number of guests every day and prepare in advance. The hotel service is very good. This time I also dined in their buffet restaurant on the fourth floor. The food is not particularly large, but it is still relatively good. The seafood is also relatively fresh and can be replaced in time. The trolley service can provide one-to-one service for diners. There are freshly baked oysters and newly opened durians. They will actively introduce and recommend them to guests, which is very considerate. The breakfast estimated the flow of guests in advance and opened a relatively large venue in the banquet hall on the first floor. It is still more comfortable to dine on the fourth floor. The first floor is full of round tables that need to be joined together. The food on the first floor is quickly taken out, including the bread machine and coffee machine. There is a situation of waiting in line. In general, the service awareness is very strong. Although there are many guests, they also feel well taken care of. The service is full marks.
