屋裡衞生還行吧，房間倒是很大，廁所浴室不太乾淨，空調濾網也不知道多少年沒洗了。房門鑰匙是老式的機械鎖，樓層過道老舊。不過老闆還是服務不錯！

很破很舊，説便宜吧又不夠便宜，最大的優點應該説是空間大。洗衣機很臟，我放了毛巾進去，快洗10次，最後也沒清潔掉所有污漬。可以説因為太舊，就沒有一塊乾淨的地方。保潔阿姨態度很好。

誰懂啊！不敢相信2024年了 還能有這麼極品的店！房間老舊，都是黴味、又臟又舊、房間的異味很重、下水道的異味溢出、房間也不通風！牆壁隔音差、門窗隔音差，大早上樓道里吵架都聽的一清二楚！馬桶老舊，看起來不衞生、很臟。衞生間有異味、燈光很暗、關鍵是大冬天的 連tm熱水都沒有！！！！！
