1. The service is equal to no. The bath towel I brought with me was lost inexplicably. The manager did not help to ask the cleaning lady and directly replied that he did not see it. The outdoor dining chairs were so dirty that I could not sit on them. I did not soak in the hot spring, but the hot spring pool looked like it had not been cleaned for many days. 3. The sanitation was poor. The tableware disinfection cabinet for breakfast was simply not opened. There were hair, stains, bugs, and various inexplicable spiders and centipedes on the sheets. 4. The management was poor. The dog outside the window barked from 3 o'clock in the middle of the night until the early morning, and no measures were taken. 5. The price-performance ratio was extremely low. It was understandable that there was no TV, but it was completely incomprehensible that there was no living room in the courtyard of Room 4.
