The attention to detail was excellent, such as the toilet seat cover being the right size, a disposable cover provided for the bathtub, and ample hangers. There was even a hygiene commitment statement on the bedside table. Overall, it really made me feel their sincerity."

"They said parking was free, and you had to register at the front desk before leaving. After registration, you could leave directly, but the security guard wouldn't let you out and made you pay. I explained to the guard that I was registered, but he said that even if I wasn't, I still had to pay. It was only a few dollars, but it really bothered me. Hygiene: I don't know how they cleaned. There were shelled bugs in the bedding, and I woke up covered in bites in the morning."
