這次來五台山體驗最差的就是定到這個房間，本來想着今天就離開了，所以離景區遠近也無所謂了，看價位合適，看距離是離我在的景區11.9公里，想着開車沒多遠果斷定了，由於第一次來，不知道景區車輛進去需要提前2天預訂，當爬了一天山下來車車準備前往該酒店，景區沒預約不讓過去，馬上聯繫了酒店老闆，老闆讓我們檢票在進去景區然後坐景區8路公交在黛螺頂下車換乘10路公交，繼續走。天啊，崩潰了，我們剛領着孩子坐公交車從黛螺頂下來停車場，20多站……去景區把房間地址打開給工作人員一看，告訴我們如果想開車去酒店需要行駛100多公里，而且説都是盤山公路，男司機也夠嗆好走，11.9公里，即便我坐公交按老闆説的路線也不止。二三十站的路程…大無語！最後好在攜程平台給我解決了全額退訂。晚上9點多，我還在定酒店，差評。老闆態度一點也不好，讓我別跟他溝通，找平台。我了個去！差評
