歐洲這麼多年，碰到過最無禮和最不作為的前台了，為美麗的城市和酒店添堵。很奇怪這麼差的前台服務（不止一人），酒店老闆竟然還會留用。不會再來住了，失望至極

Ideal auf einer Anhöhe (Weinberge) gelegen, mit Blick auf den Main und die Stadt Würzburg, befindet sich das Hotel Schloss Steinburg. Die Zimmer im Refugium mit Badewanne und Balkon bieten eine stilvolle, luxuriöse Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant war wirklich sehr schmackhaft. Alles in allem ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben!

Wir waren nach 2023 zum zweiten Mal bei Ihnen und waren wieder sehr begeistert. Wir hatten ein so schönes Zimmer, herzlichen Dank dafür : ). Total positiv finden wir die Freundlichkeit des Personals, in jedem Bereich, die wunderschön gestalteten Zimmer im Refugium, das tolle Frühstück und natürlich auch die Lage, mit der nun restaurierten Treppe. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

das Beste Hotel, angefangen bei Service, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, sehr Umsichtig und Gastfreundlich, super tolles Essen, sehr gute Zusammenarbeit auch bei Tagungen. Wir kommen bereits das 5. Jahr ins Schlosshotel und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Noch zu erwähnen ist die wunderschöne Lage.

Traumhafte Lage mit toller Aussicht, ideal für Meetings, das Zimmer war klein und in die Jahre gekommen, das ganze Hotel hat keinen Lift, für Menschen mit Behinderung ist das Hotel ungeeignet, extrem viele Treppen, dass Personal ist sehr freundlich, Anreise zum Hotel auf extrem schmalen Straßen für Transporter und große Fahrzeuge ungeeignet, das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Preis-Leistung stimmen nicht
