This is a hotel with a good location, close to various attractions. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable, which allowed me to have a good sleep. The staff are warm and helpful. The hotel has a rich buffet breakfast.

The environment is good, the service is acceptable, there is a Michelin one-star restaurant on the first floor of the lobby, reservations must be made in advance. It is close to the Old Bridge on the Main River and the Royal Palace, only about ten minutes' walk away

The hotel is quite near the river and is only a 20 minute walk from the railway station, lovely room the en-suite was clean but the shower was over a deep bath which we both found quite difficult to get in and out of. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Mini bar in the room, welcoming bottle of wine and a bottle of water. Very comfy bed. We would definitely stay here again

Super Hotel. Werde immer wieder kommen. Personal war äußerst freundlich und professionell. Die Lage ist einmalig. Es ist ein aehr sauberes Hotel. Ich empfehle es jedem der nach Würzburg möchte. Frühstück fand ich auch super. In diesem Hotel sind sie so großzügig und freundlich, dass ich selten in Hotels in den deutschen Raum gesehen habe.

Das Hotel ist mit der alten fasade und die gute ferkersanbindung ein super hotel auch die Zimmer sind sauber und in Ordnung auch gibt es in der Nähe viel zu entdecken war jetzt das zweite mal da und kann mich nicht beklagen auch das Frühstück ist in Ordnung

In einem Haus mit wiederhergestellter alter Fassade durften wir hoch unterm Dach wohnen oder besser residieren. Das Zimmer verfügte über ein großes Doppelbett, begehbarem(!) Kleiderschrank, Wohnbereich und großem Dusch-Bad. Und der Blick ging über die Dächer der Stadt, herrlich. Das Haus liegt gerade noch in der im Krieg fast vollständig zerstörten Innenstadt von Würzburg, die in weiten Teilen jedoch sehr schön wieder aufgebaut wurde; es war wohl ein immenses 3D-Puzzle für Bauherren. Das Haus liegt unmittelbar neben der Universität mit - ehemaliger Kirche (Neubaukirche) - und Carillon. Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr freundlich. Die schön gestaltete Rezeption ist leicht auch direkt aus der Tiefgarage (Parkgebühren für die Lage moderat) heraus erreichbar. Die Bar dient auch als Frühstücksraum, ist als Bar aber auch schon allein aufgrund der Größe nur eingeschränkt geeignet, es fehlt die notwendige Enge. Dies zeigt sich leider auch an der Auswahl der Getränke. Da kenne ich weitaus besser ausgestattete Häuser. Dafür war das Frühstück sehr gut, Buffet wie erwartet und mittlerweile üblich. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch hier die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und schnell. Vom Hotel aus ist alles in der Stadt fußläufig erreichbar. Nur für die Festung - ein Besuch samt Führung sind sehr lohnenswert - empfiehlt sich der Mini-Bus Linie 9 ab Residenz. Die Stadt selbst hat uns begeistert, besonders die Art, wie die meisten Kirchen in ihrem Innern Altes und Modernes verbinden. Wir waren äußerst positiv überrascht.
