The hotel is in a good location and the price was great. The room was spotlessly clean and the shower was very good.
BUT - there are no staff on site to deal with any issues, just a phone number to ring. On arrival, we had problems accessing our check in code, which had been sent by email, due to a faulty phone. We were on hold in position 2 on the phone for over 5 minutes before finally hanging up and borrowing a very kind stranger's phone to access the email.
The room has no air conditioning or fan and was unbearably hot at night. There were no staff around to ask to borrow one and the queue on the phone was ridiculously long again. All the rooms are on the first floor with a flat roof outside so we couldn't open the window more than a couple of inches while we tried to sleep as we didnt feel it was very secure.
So, in summary, a good hotel for price, location and cleanliness, just stick a fan in the room and a few more folk to answer phone calls and it would be perfect!
