I went downstairs and told the front desk. The front desk said they would ask someone to check it out, so I went out to eat. When I came back an hour later and asked the front desk, I was told that I hadn't seen it yet, and I was speechless for a moment. The same thing happened when I checked out and issued an invoice. I told the front desk that I wanted to issue an invoice, so I went upstairs to pack my things and came down to pick them up. The reply was: OK. After collecting my luggage, I came down and said it was not ready yet..."
