太差了。垃圾酒店，尤其是酒店服務態度超級差大清早八點多保潔 直接隨意刷開房門直接驚醒第一，沒按門鈴，沒有詢問。第二，我還沒有退房。第三，沒經過我的允許，就隨意刷開房門，侵犯了我的私隱。我下意識大喊，誰幹嘛隨後一句開錯了就完了，酒店就沒一個人出面解決事情 就一直推拖，酒店前台叫來客房經理人家説我們就是開錯咯給你道歉了不好意思哦對不起啊還想怎樣，我説你們這是道歉的態度嗎人家直接那想怎樣道歉要我，給你下跪道歉啊 我們全體員工站這給你賠禮道歉嗎?這是一個酒店方能説出的話嗎然後我説我的訴求很簡單，我在你這消費了沒讓我滿意，即侵犯了我的私隱權又給我的精神及心理造成了影響，這些我都不追究了我衹要求退費，也不説幾倍賠償了，酒店也不來管事的人處理。説是保潔開錯了和酒店沒關係保潔也不容易要一個一個星期的工資什麼的憑什麼酒店的錯就要我來承擔給我心理也造成了很大的影響 保潔就不是你酒店員工嗎什麼就和酒店沒關係之後耗了一個小時説給我退房費讓保潔全額承擔什麼垃圾酒店沒一點擔當遇事不處理各種推脱 還國際大酒店。賓館你都配不上 還大酒店 武寧 服務最差 最垃圾酒店

房間設施比較老舊，中央空調不夠涼快，早餐很一般，應該是國企經營的吧，就這樣了

房間空調不製冷，給前台打幾個電話也沒人來，床單也破舊還有洞，一陣汗臭味感覺就是沒有換洗的，早餐也很差看了下沒有吃。還收一兩百一間，是怎麼好意思收這個價的，要不是實在沒訂到房根本住不進去！
