酒店非常大，環境很好，是個中老年療養。如果是為了出行方便不是很建議住。周圍飯店比較少，周邊還有博物館比較容易堵車。

東湖賓館，武漢的國賓館，風景優美，佔地很大，入住可以盡享整個風景區。早飯還可以。
但是，缺點也不少。選擇之前請避雷。
1. 風景區很大，進進出出要麼叫網約車進來，要麼就坐賓館的短駁車。但是國賓館的短駁車很少，不像很多酒店的隨叫隨到，讓你等多久看緣分吧。
2. 外賣極其不容易叫到，一個是很多外賣不送進來。一個是就算送也就送到國際會議中心門口（住聽濤區的話）。還得自己打電話讓短駁車去拿。忙起來得一遍遍催，既麻煩別人，也影響叫外賣心情。等待也就特別長，一般起碼再等20分鐘。
3. 景區太大了，人太少了。如果喜歡清靜，真的可以考慮。不然真的有一種被隔絕的感覺。
4. 房間設施老舊。服務一般般。問會不會用車帶着參觀一下，答不會。反正就合格服務，多一點不會有。
總結，除非要去省博，非常方便，不然還是建議選別的酒店，不然享受不到國賓待遇，反而有諸多不便。
