前台服務態度很好，辦理入住退房手續快，提供行李寄存服務，酒店房間衞生乾淨，酒店公共區域環境乾淨，房間有免費有免費的礦泉水，床和枕頭都很舒服，乳膠枕頭體驗感好，離漢口火車站很近，十幾分鐘的路程，酒店出門就是地鐵，出行很方便。

不錯的酒店，房間也挺大，關鍵是還有單獨晾衣服可移動的木頭衣架，很方便，二環邊，還有地鐵站，距離漢口站很近。前台也很熱情。

房間較為昏暗，燈光亮度不足。。。第一天還沒躺床上就發現有碎髮以及睫毛在被套上，被套還破了一個洞。。。住了3天。。。保潔打掃房間都沒有更換床單以及被套。。。。😅

前台服務態度差，刻意的刁難人，帶了二小孩去的，説必須要小孩的身份證或户口本原件，沒有的話不能入住，誰會出去玩帶小孩的身份證和户口本啊！真的**一樣。而且住的地方好吵，一晚上都沒睡着，衞生間的衞生很差。房子價位也高，性價比不高，真的是給武漢拉低了分數
