1.房間乾淨整潔。
2.前台小姐姐服務熱情。
3.大堂旁邊擺放有一台鋼琴，想彈的都可以上去彈哦。
4.自助早餐有包點，炒菜，水果，粉麪條，稀飯，飲品等。我們住了三天，三天早餐都不完全相同。5.中餐晚餐為點餐。蓮藕燉湯超讚。蝦仁炒甜豆也不錯，蝦仁脆彈爽口，甜豆也不錯。孩子們很愛吃。
6.賓館離學校東門近，步行大約七八分鐘。賓館出來不到20米的地方就有校園通勤車（電瓶車）上落下落點。外賣送不進來，衹能放在校門口。

學校環境相當不錯，但打車不方便，滴滴打車不能進校內。早餐種類可以再豐富些，房間內沒有地方晾曬網衣服，賓館也不能提供烘乾服務，望改善。

位置很好，出門就是地鐵話。環境不錯，在華中師大校園內。唯一不足是早餐較為簡單，且附行小孩需另付費，不是很友善，建議調整。
