The unpleasant surprise was that for a guaranteed place on the parking, it turns out, it was necessary to call the oil in advance on the receptacle and order this place for your car ... without this place my car there was not found. Nice hotel in the heart of the city , short walk to the old town and rynek. Very helpful staff and the panoramic view from the room was awesome . Also connected to a shopping centre . Would definitely book again

I have spent a few times in this Hotel because it is a clean hotel, very polite personal and most important in the center.

Good option for Wroclaw. It is not in the very center, but a 10 minutes walk and you are there. The hotel is nice, with a good spa, and the room is very comfortable. Loved the Lalique shower gel and shampoo. The staff is nice, welcome drink is a plus, breakfast is good. It will not blow your mind, but you will be happy.

Convenient transportation, next to the pedestrian street of the old city, you can visit all the attractions on foot (except the century-old hall), there are many kinds of food, the room is quiet and tidy, and it is also close to the university town. It is recommended!

We booked three rooms here through a booking site on a no refund, no change deal. It was excellent value for money. Then, one of the group wanted to change the date. We dealt directly with the hotel and it was no problem at all. Rooms were warm, comfortable and quiet. Check in efficient and friendly. We didn't have breakfast. Parking is about 300m away. For the price, this is an excellent place to stay. I would definitely choose it again.

The elevator was broken and nobody repair it. My stay is in the 4th floor which means I moved my luggage from underground to the top floor then move back . It was a big trouble. I checked with the receptionist and received “ sorry” only but without any solution. During stay, all of guest can only use the stairs with big luggage. So did me. And the receptionist didn’t know when the elevator can be recovered. If I knew the elevator broken, I wouldn’t chose this apartment. A terrible stay !

With myself arriving on a late evening flight in Wroclaw and taking a train at 6am the next morning elsewhere, since I was only going to be in the hotel for a maximum of about 6 hours, all I needed was a shower, bed and sleep and then leave and therefore I chose this hotel as it appeared to tick those boxes at a good rate. When I arrived at around 11pm the person on reception was so-so, not unpleasant but not friendly either. However what struck me was that despite purchasing the rooms from the hotel's own website, I needed to fill in a long form with all my personal details such as name, address, telephone number, email address etc that they should already have had. Also the lights were really low in the reception so it was impossible to read the form easily so I had to use my phone as a light. I arrived in my room and it looked spartan but fine. The bed was a little bit low to the ground but was fine to sleep in. The aircon made a lot of noise without really doing anything and opening the windows wasn't really possible as there was a tram line outside which would have meant a lot of noise pollution. Shower was a very small corner one, the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. barely room to move in it between the controls and the corner door, let alone shower yourself properly. This might be good for kids but not for adults. Water pressure was okay though. Would I stay again? If the rate was much cheaper than anything else and I simply needed a place to rest for a few hours yes, but if I could find something else in the same price range or needed to stay for anything else than straight to shower and sleep and nothing else, no.

Great location for work just outside the city. Clean hotel, friendly staff and very comfortable. Easy distance to airport and into the city.

5 out of 5 - everything when and where we needed it. Great food. Big Family Rooms. Super helpful and friendly staff. Parking on&off site. Perfect location for someone just passing through Wrocław. Free Wi-Fi with very good commection all over the hotel.
