Bex Rooms

Dirty rooms. Your staying in a shed. Rude staff. Awful food. Very expensive. Much better places to stay and cheaper near by. Our children caught fleas from bedding and floors.It was the worst experience ever.

We booked a superior room on *********** and expected to receive a code for the room the day before arrival. This did not arrive and Ben rooms did not respond to our request. We had to contact *********** On arrival at the accommodation we found we needed an additional code to enter the lobby. After 2 phone calls this we received this code The entrance area was dreadful cigarette ends weeds etc and was badly lit. The room was very basic. The toilet made a loud noise every time u flushed it and you could not see out of the windows as they had been made opaque. This gave the room a very dark and dingy feel. It was room number 3. We don’t like to think what the other rooms are like if this was superior. The only redeeming feature was the quality of the bed and bed linen. We paid £258 for 2 nights but left after 1 night The area did not feel particularly safe especially for someone arriving on their own and faced with entrance

Booked for a work trip, the room was filthy , pillow had stains on them, towels had stains on the, shower hose was black in places the extractor fan was no working maybe due to the amount of dust hanging out of it. Stains on the carpet, mould in the shower. Bed was possibly broken as there was a large ping every time you turned over. Hundreds of cigarette butts immediately outside my entrance door. Generally has builders staying in the by the look of the other guests, never again
