We spent a lovely 2 day break at this wonderful guest house with Martin and Jane. We had to change the date at the last minute and this wasn't a problem at all. Our room was lovely, very clean and the breakfast was excellent, with a freshly cooked full English if required. Parking permit issued on day of arrival for £3 a day which was great value and we had no trouble finding a space. Great location opposite the beach and very easy to get the bus into Brighton as they run very frequently. We really enjoyed our chats with Martin and Jane at breakfast, very friendly and efficient hosts. Would love to return at some point.

As usual Martyn and Jane are top hosts, always helpful and pleasant. The Guest House is right on the sea front and situated in the best position, just on the edge of the town centre, which is an easy walk away. Very comfortable room with all facilities. Highly recommended.

A lovely break with my Mum. Stayed in room 8 - great view of the sea, spacious room, nice facilities, clean & comfortable. Run by very friendly & welcoming couple, Jane & Martyn. Breakfast was excellent. A nice relaxed feeling to this Guest House. We look forward to a return visit.

This is very well located, on the sea front. Martin and Jane are very friendly and informative, and the breakfasts are good. Our room No. 5, was large with a small bathroom, with everything for a comfortable stay. Paid parking outside is from 09.00 to 18.00 but if you are lucky, a few metres up the road, away from the town centre, there is free parking, with free parking on Sundays.

Stayed for work but it actually felt like abit of a holiday with the beach literally a stones throw away over the road. Great hosts and breakfast, room very comfortable with everything I needed for my stay. would honestly stay again if and when I'm in the area.

The best guest house by far that we have stayed at . The room was clean and the bed really comfy. Jane and Martin fabulous hosts. The breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and even had gluten free sausage which was great as I always miss out. Plenty of car parking space which was a bonus. Second time here and would definitely return.

A charming seaside guest house with helpful and friendly owners. The marine view has the charm and character that you would expect from a seafront hotel. Parking is great value at £3 per day for a permit you get from the hosts. The breakfast is superb with a great selection of hot and cold food (the yogurts are delicious). Perfect location for the town centre and pier. The 700 bus goes straight outside and only 50 minutes to Brighton...we will absolutely stay here again.

The owners, Martyn and Jane, are very hands on and have worked hard to bring this guest house up to the high standard it is now - the decor, fittings and cleanliness. The breakfast is excellent and well worth navigating the steep steps down to the breakfast room. The bedroom and bathroom were perfect for our needs. A most enjoyable five night stay.

Four of us stayed here in 2 rooms for one over night stay. The owners Martyn & Jane were friendly & helpful. Our rooms were lovely with en-suites & breakfast was superbly cooked full English & a large spread of fruit & other breakfast options. Definitely recommend.
