Worst night I’ve had in a hotel for years door’s banging nearly all night constantly noisy people obviously not working people. Seriously considering swapping hotels for next visit can’t risk that again

Got off to a bad start , sticky menus, I hate that , anyway went for the carvery, bad choice and regretted it , The gravy!! just black gloop, you could almost cut with a knife , tasteless , the yorkies, like rubber , no crispiness what so ever , Roasties the same , like rubber, Veg all dried up needed replenished , and food was very cold . and the cuts of ham i had were very fatty I told the management team, that it was disgusting , and was offered a free desert which I declined, I gave the feedback hoping to see some genuine concern and felt i should have had a full refund , I would have expected more concern I know carverys are notoriously difficult to keep fresh and hot , but staff surely must look at what they are serving and ask, is it acceptable? I had ate at the premier inn the night before and wished i had stuck to it this night

Just got back from the lock keepers at Worksop, Excellent service and very efficient especially from Elise , food was also great considering it was late Sunday afternoon after a very busy service thanks again for a lovely afternoon will definitely be returning soon

Had a lovely stay tje rooms where nice and clean and the staff where very friendly and helpful Went and had a meal in the pub and that was lovely as well The staff where so nice and pleasant and nothing was to much for them . I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Stayed one night for a family visit to the area. It’s a very family friendly pub we had three children under six. Play area outside Children’s menu to suit all tastes. Play area in pub but is very worn needs updating. Good pub food. We didn’t have the carvery but looked inviting. Breakfast was very pleasantly served by the waitress. Rooms are spotless and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Visited Sundown adventure and this is a perfect stop over.

We found the bathroom not fully cleaned after checking in. The garbage bin was full and the drain was full of hair and dust, thus the water from the bath was not draining properly. Also Was dust in the room in general. I'd say check your room for cleanliness just after checking-in. Food was okay and the staff was pleasant and polite.

The food is really good. I have to say most of the staff are polite and smiling, particularly Ailisha, who is wonderful. Emily however is rude, obnoxious and shouldn’t be in this industry. She clearly has a chip on her shoulder and needs to rethink her career path.
