Northwest Inn

Everything was great. I have stayed in different hotels in Woodward over the years and Northwest Inn is the best hands down.

Staff was not willing to work with us when the empty room next to us had the alarm clock sounding starting at midnight. We had to leave the hotel and get another room at a different establishment at 1:00 am.

Location convenient. Staff was friendly and courteous, especially in the dining room. Breakfast made to order was quite good.

Staff friendly and courteous. The room was clean. Bed felt like combination mattress and spring. The edge was sharp. Bed uncomfortable. Very few available plug ins. The plug ins were used for room items ie lamps, clock, microwave and refrigerator. The stool height would have been good for small children. Had to hold handle to flush. Shower fixtures were loose. Located near busy intersection so it was noisier at times. Breakfast was ok. Had plenty of bacon, sausage, eggs etc. You could order omelets, pancakes, waffles and french toast. We feel like we paid to much for the room.

The room was clean, lampshade needs replacing but otherwise comfortable Breakfast was great with the made to order option and the breakfast staff was outstanding.

Heater didn’t work , blows cold air and the door is hard to open and bathroom door is hard to open as well room 104

The front desk associate was very courteous and helpful upon my check-in. I also loved the fact that there were fresh cookies for me! The hotel grounds were very tidy, and the rooms were extremely clean as well. There are so many amenities here! The indoor pool, the pool table, the

Decent stay but the room we had was very dated and in need of some TLC. Staff was great. Curtains did not cover the window efficiently so there was lots of light in the room.
