Really lovely hotel and the staff were brilliant. Let down a little by the breakfasts 2 days out of 4 but redeemed themselves the other 2 days. Jake was brilliant. Very helpful and professional and did all he cod to make our stay a pleasant experience. The breakfast issue was the only reason I did not give this 5 stars. The issue with breakfast was 2 days running the scrambled eggs were grey and dry. Also had no pancakes. the other 2 days, pancakes freely available and scrambled egg was fluffy, yellow and perfect consistency. Would i stay there again if I visited the New Forest? Yes in a heartbeat. well worth a visit.
