The beds were just covered over and not really changed. The sheets were a mess and the mattress pad had yellow stains on it. We asked for clean sheets which they gave us so that we could change the sheets ourselves. We were there for a funeral and very frustrated to not have a nice bed to sleep in. From now on, we will not be staying at any Holiday Inn Express anywhere.

Overall the hotel was great, easy check in and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was plentiful I like that they ask you to wear gloves, my only complaints was the lack of clean tables both mornings for breakfast, there was no one cleaning tables and it's not my job to clean a table before I sit down for breakfast, and the coffee and hot water was either empty or cold by evening and I has to ask for hot. I did mention this on check out and was told it will be addressed so hopefully no more dirty tables. But all in all I would recommend and stay again. Handy for the mall, which is massive.

This hotel is our favorite in the area! The customer service is always wonderful here, and the hotel is modern and clean with a nice breakfast. The most impressive part of our stay was Iesha at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help make our stay wonderful. Because of her, we have chosen to stay at the hotel several more times in the future. Her wonderful smile, and refreshing attitude make a dramatic impact on a family visit. Bravo to Iesha!!!

When I checked into my room, the floor was dirty. There was garbage on the floor. The young lady at the front desk. Jen did come up and vacuum. At 1:45am I got up only to kill three cockroaches. The next day went to use the bathroom, and the toilet seat fell off. There was no bolts on the seat. It was sitting there with no bolts. I will never stay at this hotel again

Great stay! Hotel was conveniently located to several restaurants, Walmart & the mall. Friendly staff, to include housekeeping, the lobby & bedrooms were clean. The bed was unbelievably soft and assisted with a great night's rest. The only issue we had was some kind of motorcycle racing somewhere around the hotel for about 30-45 mins. Not the hotels fault, but something to look into if it happens often

Great stay for the price. The staff was wonderful, particularly the girl who worked the evening shift at the front desk. She was so thoughtful to call our room to let my kids know that the noisy/rowdy group at the pool had left, so the pool was free. Thank you! The breakfast was great, with lots of options. The cinnamon rolls were so good. Thanks for a great stay!

If you need a place to stop Especially after 11 when all bathrooms are closed and you have 6 littles ones under 11, make sure you stop in and use their public bathrooms. The man at the desk is so sweet and kind and said he enjoys late night visitors to keep his night lively!

The hotel was average. The location was a mix of malls and light industrial. Heavy traffic and excessive road noise. The room was very clean but lacked essentials, like a pen and paper to right on. No hotel or room info. The breakfast bar was average. I just returned from a trip to the Grand Canyon. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Grand Canyon and I rated that hotel with the highest mark in every category. I wish I could have given this property high marks but I couldn’t

Hotel policy is for pet owners to stay on 1st floor. My room was located overlooking thee patio- where everyone grilled / ate their dinner. In addition, there was live entertainment. All great - unless you are the room overlooking it! Individuals travelling alone should go somewhere else - hotel should disclose policy.
