Hotel Dafam Wonosobo

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, booked standard room. The room is located on the lower floor and it's quite humid and there's moldy smell. The first night I can't turn my lamp off, telephone also off, so I have to go to front office back and forth to complain. And after the maintenance came, they still can't fix it. I also complained about the linen, it have stains, even after they change to other linen, still have stains. All standard room is full that night so they offered me to pay more to upgrade room. I declined, and they offered me to change room the next day. Well, it's not over, my second room problem is the hot water is off, the linen still dirty like the first one. And in checkout time, they only have 1 lift and the lift is under maintenance! They offered me to help carry my baggage, but no one show up or follow up. Ther is no short access from parking lot to lobby, you have to go uphill to get to the lobby. Parking lot is rough, still a lot of stones. Breakfast so so, and the resto is not accessible for wheelchair since you have to go up and downstair.
Kresna Hotel Wonosobo

I recently stayed at Kresna Gallery in Wonosobo, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. Despite booking a Deluxe Room, the hotel was in a very poor condition. As the staff was very welcoming the cleanliness of the room was lacking. It was evident that proper cleaning had not taken place prior to our arrival. The floors were dirty, and there was visible stain on various surfaces. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the higher category room we had chosen. Furthermore, the state of the bathroom was alarming. It was completely covered in mold. The presence of mold not only indicates poor maintenance but also poses health risks for guests. This level of negligence was unacceptable and greatly affected our overall experience. Additionally, the condition of the pool was also subpar. It seemed as though maintenance was lacking, as the pool appeared dirty and not well-taken care of. This was disappointing, as one of the reasons for choosing this hotel was to enjoy the pool facilities. Overall, Kresna Gallery in Wonosobo is in dire need of renovation and refurbishment. The poor condition of the rooms, the moldy bathroom, and the neglected pool greatly impacted the quality of our stay. I hope that the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and takes immediate action to improve the overall experience for future guests as there are
Eagle Hotel Wonosobo, Azana Hotels Collection

Among the many hotels in Wonosobo, I chose this one because the reviews were pretty good, but it turned out that for a room rate of around 600, it was cramped, and usually for a room rate like that there is a hair dryer or mini fridge, but this one doesn't, so it's overpriced, the room is not soundproof so it's noisy, I even told the receptionist twice to ask for a solution because the sound from the next room could be heard very clearly, the sound of people walking outside could also be heard, even the TV in the other room could be heard, it was very uncomfortable, from all the hotels I've visited, this is the first time I've found a hotel room where the door can't be locked from the inside, so those who bring children are really sad and don't feel safe because they can open the door directly from the inside, it can't be locked, there's no latch or anything 😭 there's no special pool for children, the pool is deep and not spacious, the restaurant and lobby staff have the best service, but the staff at the security post, oh no, even though it's clean, the view is nice, that's why there's a restaurant too, the location is also strategic, but it's a shame to come back again, I don't think so, I intend to heart wants to rest peacefully healing palaping
