"Fabulous evening meal here last week. We had not booked, but the waitress was very friendly, said they would fit us in, and showed us to a table immediately. The menu was fairly comprehensive and we chose fish and chips, and ham eggs and chips. The portion sizes are huge so if only a small eater, best to order the small version of each meal. Unfortunately we were so full that we could not manage a dessert on this occasion. (Another good reason to return). The tables were filling up quickly as we left and we could understand why this place is so popular. We will certainly return."

"Very disappointed booked the breakfast and evening meal deal , waited for our starter then after I asked if we had been forgotten, I was told they were busy (only 4 other tables being served) waited another 20 minutes before we got our food , we were offered extra drinks, That evening I felt very sick and the following morning was sick at breakfast, we did tell the manager and he said he would refund the breakfast. I have not received any contact from the manager ,and no refund, despite sending an email directly to the manager. It would have been nice if someone had at least inquired to see if I was well after possible food poisoning!!"

"We had fabulous service from Lewis , who was very attentive. My sister and her husband treated us to a meal here. We certainly weren’t disappointed. The food was amazing. The pie was fantastic. I had a tasty chocolate fondant. Excellent value too. We will definitely be returning."
