Super 8 by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells

Booked thru ******* but charged extra $7 “service fee”. Don’t be on ******* if you don’t want to give deals. Came down for “breakfast” at 8 am. Not much for good choices, no sweetener for coffee. Lots of people but coffee was empty. I told the desk clerk & she said she’d fill it. When it was finally ready, she made her own coffee first while a line of 4-5 of us waited behind her!! Seriously? Terrible customer service! Room was ok. Will probably not return, unless everything else is booked.

The hotel was decent and the continental breakfasts were very good but the bathtub was very slow to drain and they did not fix the issue while we were there.

Hotel is nice. Hallways are a little outdated but rooms are nice and they have a tv you can actually watch Netflix on. And a nice light breakfast

Not a bad place if all you need is a bed and shower. Rooms are clean and staff aim to please. If you need anything for the room, the front desk can accommodate.

Hotel was run down. Pool area stunk of mold. Hot tub water was brownish in colour & a used babys diaper was left in the corner of the sauna room. Our room didn't have a smoke detector, only wires hanging from the ceiling, the refrigerator door wouldn't close due to a broken seal & there was a big hole in the bathroom ceiling above the shower. Breakfast in the morning didn't look at all appetizing. Glad we only stayed 1 night.

This entire property is super FILTHY! From the parking lot, to the entrance, hallways, and the rooms! Filthy

Pool area has black mold and our room had a used needle left behind. Property manager did nothing to rectify this. Did not close the pool area. No sense of accountability.
