"We had great expectation for our stay at Dorint but we were disappointed. - The room was big and modern but lacking of comfort. - The heating did not work in the master bedroom. We noticed immediately and made it noted at the reception. After sleeping with the fleece for 2 days, we got a thermostat replaced which didn’t change the situation. Then we got an electric heater without any thermostat. After 4 days, we desperately asked for an additional duvet, but nothing happened until we went complaining again. - the bedding of the hotel is below the average level. Double bed has two small and thin single duvets, so it feels like sleeping is sleeping bags. - the pool changing room has no hangers and no chairs. Mums are changing kids diapers on the floor as the dedicated changing room is cold - the restaurant is very expensive for what you can eat and the buffet option has no kids food! Smell of food is everywhere at the reception. - the snack bar serves only frozen pizzas, all too complicated for kids ( spicy or blue cheese) - the ski room is ridiculously small for the size of the hotel - it was difficult to communicate in English It is a pity as the hotel has high potential but it is not managed at the Dorint chain level"
