We checked in 10/9/24. Storm Helene hit & we were without a home. When we called frantic "NaKita (Front Desk Rep) was so kind, patient, & caring. She set everything up with us as well as our insurance. She stayed on that phone till all our needs were addressed. When I tell you customer service means everything this night surely will go down in our memoriess. Our room was clean, available when we arrived & all notes were entered * provided for when we arrived. Thank You, NaKita! You made a difference...

Our room was clean and ready on time. The next morning I was very disappointed with the breakfast. I have stayed in many residence inn including this one in the past, but none had breakfst like this one. The eggs were cooked too hard, there were prepackaged biscuits and fruit in individual container. Look liked everything came from Sam's or Costco. Minimal effort went into the preparation. Even the coffee did not taste good. It made rethink any return visits. I even went to the store so my husband could prepare his breakfast. The frying pan had been burnt really bad. Even after scrubbing it, it was pretty bad.

There seems to be no uniform policy regarding room cleaning among the Bonvoys. So while most hotels around Hanes Mall Boulevard have returned to daily room cleaning, the Residency Inn has not done so. Our two-night stay provided no room cleaning and a receptionist was rude when we found that our room had not been serviced. Given previous reports of unsanitary conditions in this facility, we will no longer cater to this place. You should do the same.

Great breakfast and great hospitality and clean. Everyone who worked there was super nice and accommodating. Everything was always clean and the people who worked there were always ready to help. They even asked how our day was and just were very nice people. A truly great hotel.

Wonderful Marriott property. Very clean, updated decor, and quiet. Even with at least one track team on-site, there was very little noise. Good selection of the typical “included” hot/cold breakfast items. Very friendly staff. There is a Target nearby to stock your refrigerator.

Lobby area was clean but bar was closed. Fitness area was good but no way to clean after working out. Room was not clean- stains on wall, appliances and in bathroom. Hair was found in bathroom too. Good location but would not stay here again - too many options nearby.

Worst Marriott I have ever stayed! I cannot believe it is a Marriott! Bed bugs, unsanitary dirty room, dirty dishes, broken drinking glass, no soap in the bathroom, peeling wallpaper, gas station soggy food for breakfast, no service at all, pool is closed in hot weather, absent maids and supervisor.

Bedbugs, dirty, broken, bad soggy food and bad staff. Multiple bedbug bites, sticky floors, peeling wallpaper, trash full and left overflowing. Lightbulbs not changed, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, ice maker not cleaned, cooktop caked with burnt food. Room door didn't latch properly. A single poorly trained employee seems to man the front desk. Marriott needs to investigate mismanagement by the owner. Shockingly subpar by Marriott standards and a health hazard. Avoid this train wreck at all costs.
