3rd time staying here at this Comfort Inn and Im glad to report all is still good! Used to stay here with family for Eastern Canada and other major swim competitions, love it for the value and breakfast. Rooms are up to date, clean, and has usb chargers, beds as requested are queen size, wifi is all good, building and lobby is welcoming. Staff is excellent, accomodated my request for ground floor room due to my mobility issue, has handicap parking, front doors are auto open. Hot breakfast is all good with sausage,eggs,waffle maker, rolls,oranges,yogurt,juices. Will keep coming here as great family value stay in Windsor.

Unbelievable. I've been to this location many times. Tried booking tonight, and the guy who answered the phone could not spell my name AFTER REPEATING AND SPELLING IT SLOWLY SLOWLY FIVE TIMES. English is my first language. I said RID, and all he said I....like he was not listening. He needs to go back to school for basic English listening skills. He totally wasted my time and I still did not get my hotel booked.

Worst experience ever, I couldn’t sleep one minute past 7 in the morning because there is zero soundproof in those rooms. I could hear what people were saying by the reception area let alone the loud banging noises from the staff moving stuff in the hallway.

I went to Windsor for a 2-day trip with my friend and stayed at Comfort Inn. Located in south Windsor, Comfort Inn strikes the right balance between affordability and comfort. There are big, clean rooms that offer a cozy space without the hefty price. The staff here is very friendly, adding a welcoming touch to your stay. Additionally, its convenient location in Windsor makes it an ideal place for exploring the city. Comfort Inn also includes a complimentary breakfast. It is your best choice if you're looking for a cost-effective laid-back stay.

Stayed there for a few nights and really enjoyed everything...the pillows had different firmness and bedsheets were clean. Breakfast was excellent and so was the 24/7 coffee! The friendly staff refilled scrambled eggs, sausages and other items even till the last minute of the breakfast hours, which you don't normally see in the States in comparison. For a 2-star hotel, it's well managed and really worth the money.

We stayed here for two nights and had a really nice stay. Very clean and updated rooms, comfortable beds, Keurig coffee maker, and small fridge in room, along with a microwave. Good selection at the free breakfast, including hot choices, fresh fruit, waffles, cereal, coffee/tea, juices, and lots more. There is a little spot in the lobby where you can purchase snacks, cold drinks, and even microwave meals if you need them. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to the Detroit/Windsor tunnel. I’d stay here again.

I was on a solo trip to Windsor in June 2023 to spend time with a friend, and I had the opportunity to stay at this Comfort Inn for a night. It's a fairly simple hotel, but overall it's pretty nice and my stay went well. My check-in process went pretty smoothly on the Saturday afternoon that I was arriving. The woman who checked me in was friendly. My room (#242) was clean and comfortable... no problems there. I really didn't spend a ton of time at the hotel and decided to eat breakfast elsewhere in the morning, so I can't really say a lot about it. There's no pool, business center, or anything like that... but I got a good night's sleep and was fairly comfortable here.

Rooms were clean and nice. Parking free, breakfast free with a great selection and a reasonable price. Housekeeping knocked on our door before 830am which we thought was way too early. And the beds were very hard. But overall we were happy we stayed here.

Very nice hotel and staff very helpful. Room was great, nicely updated. Breakfast was also very good. The night clerk referred us to a restaurant just across the street and gave us a 20% discount coupon. Great place to eat and very reasonably priced because of the Coupon!
