It's not bad it's at the end of to main street of Windsor where all the shops are. Windsor river is practically next street over with a huge park and plenty of parking

HORRIBLE FILTHY AND DIGUSTING. THE ROOMS ARE ON PAR WITH THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF. THIS PLACE IS A HEALTH HAZARD. NO ROOM SERVICE, NOTHING REMOTELY NICE ABOUT THE STAFF OR ROOMS, EVERYTHING IS DIRTLY, POORLY MAINTAINED AND DISGUSTING EVEN FOR THE SEASONED TRAVELLER.

I had booked and pre-paid online weeks before arriving. The receptionist Noel took a further $100 off my credit card to be 'held for a week'. The sign behind him said the policy was that this would only happen if paying in cash.
We only had two towels even though I booked for 3 people.
The wi-fi did not work and Noel told me it didn't work 'on the other side of the road' where our room was. The lastminute website advertises wifi and I have two children.
