Really good facilities and great location. Incredible to have out of hours service which was very helpful as we arrived late. Will definitely be back again.

Absolutely terrible, just don’t go there. We had a cabin lakeside, cockroaches, broken door, no sink, cladding over the windows, shredded curtains, incessant noise all night of banging cladding. Went to sit on the balcony & the screen door slammed & locked itself.. all our possessions were inside & the main door was open..

Was very poor room. U get no drinking water glass and there is hole in the bathroom walls. Also only one pillow per bed and that bed moves all night. The only thing I liked was the security with the bedroom front doors. Pool was green and had no cover.

Definitely not an Inn. This place is a Trailer Park. WARNING: Photos online must have been taken 40 years ago. Feared for my family and myself hoping we won’t get sick. This place is a shack. Ducted ac doesn’t work. One main wall unit in lounge room. None in the main bedroom. Second bedroom has a portable unit but no window duct so useless. No dishwasher. A 50L bin replaces the dishwasher 🤨 Definitely not using the stove since German cockroaches have taken up residence. Pulled out the sofa bed for my son and wanted to douse myself in Glen20. I hate to actually think what’s on the mattress and sheet. Then I had to scoop out the dead cockroaches out of the pool before my daughter could go for a swim. Don’t believe me? Check the photos out. Paid over $400 for 1 night. NEVER NEVER AGAIN NSW HEALTH needs to inspect this joint ASAP.

This place was by far the worst place we stayed on our road trip from Tasmania to Cairns (and back again)! It was dirty and I’m sure had a mould problem. The smell was overwhelming and we ended up departing at 6am. Have tried to contact management twice and have sent photos but no reply. As previous review warns…avoid this place at all cost! Wish I had read the reviews prior to booking but looked so nice on the website I didn’t see the risk.

The toilet was not flushed. The toaster was full of crumbs and the place was falling apart. We had no choice due social commitments to stay one night for $195. We are ashamed that international guests may be exposed to such poor service and amenities. Jenny

Do you want to experience that real trailer park trash feel?, then this is the place for you! Do you enjoy pissing in public? Then feel free to whip your willy out & piss away cause that is what the lovely locals do. Feel like a swim in the pool? Then take a dip into the swamp but there's no guarantee of what you might catch.. The cabin we stayed in was absolutely disgusting! Sheets were filthy & the furnishings have seen better days. We don't mind paying a cleaning fee if the place is clean to start with. The only positive is the view. Even that was ruined by the hoarder next door with rubbish spewing out the door & a big pile of rotting potatoes near the deck. Tried to raise our concerns with David the manager several times, but he has ignored all our emails. The receptionist was polite & apologetic after we informed her of our horrible stay in this cesspit of accommodation. We wish we'd read the reviews before booking!

Stopped here while travelling through with family of five - had not booked anything and it was getting late. When I saw the room at first I thought it was okay but after spending the night… never again! Think they’re trying to renovate the room themselves - new window in front of old window which doesn’t shut/lock properly, have to use wood between sliders; bathroom renovated with sink and mirror on outside in kitchen (no kitchen sink); dirty marks and splotches all over the walls and ceilings; bathroom door not hung straight, can barely shut it; tv hung on angle pointing up towards ceiling creating glare. Worst thing were the beds!! Hard, uncomfortable, noisy mattresses - could feel my husband moving, and hear the springs groaning when anyone moved. Sheets with holes in them, smelly spare blanket with City holes in it - disgusting!!
