We didn't get to go straight to the room so we had to wait rather long and after a long journey we could of done without that. The room was in need of some tlc and a good clean there was a dead bug on the wall and dust everywhere. The bed was comfy which was good. We booked this place for the new wimbledon theatre it wasn't far to walk it

i was staying for one night because we were at wimbledon, i was afraid that there might of been bed bugs because of the cleanliness of the room as dust was everywhere and mould near the windows. i made sure i covered the bed in bed bug and dust mite killer to prevent getting bitten but even with drenching the bed in the killer it didn’t stop the bugs biting me. it has potential to be a good hotel they just need to invest in the hotel because i wouldn’t call this a hotel because there was one cleaning person on site so i wouldn’t expect it to be cleaned very well. the room was very hot aswell with no air conditioning so london heat effected us a lot, at least there was a fan. i am very unhappy with being bitten all over my thighs as i was playing at wimbledon and it didn’t look very nice because i was getting photographed. we couldn’t bare to stay there another night so we moved to the travelodge. at least i didn’t get eaten alive by best bugs there!

Having read previous reviews and taken a balanced view I thought I’d give this place a go a booked 4 rooms for my colleagues and I. Great parking facility and free, always a bonus when working in London! On arrival check in was smooth, nice enough room and decent shower. That’s where it ends. Having gone to bed early to get a good nights sleep I was woken by a desire to scratch my leg…then my shoulder promptly followed by every other part of my body… previous reviews mention ‘bed bugs’….it wasn’t a lie. Last count was in excess of 25 bites and significant swelling on my right shoulder. Uncomfortable to say the least and ended up making a drink at 3:30am as I couldn’t get back to sleep…needing more sleep I’ve had to make a bed on the bathroom floor using coats as a mattress and my bag for a pillow…..it’s now 5am on 18th July 2024…can’t wait to get to work! Seriously, unless you want to share the bed with god only knows what look elsewhere…not recommended and as a business that regularly works in the area we won’t be booking again….ever!

There was no reception and you get buzzed in remotely after ringing a "Out off hours" number in the middle of the day and then are instructed to pick a key out of a box in the hall way. There was only one dirty disgusting yellowy towel for two people and everything is dated, looking grubby and dirty or is broken. Should not be called a hotel as there are no available services.

Sarah Dacey 1/5 a week ago on Google This place should be shut down. Upon your arrival you are instantly locked out as this is not a manned place. I can’t even call it a Hotel. You literally have to wait for somebody to let you in, Within an hour if you’re lucky. The room!!! My god. I’ve had better camping trips. On opening the room door (after a 50 minute wait outside and a 5 hour drive ) we were met with a dirty quilt left rolled up on a disgustingly dirty bed ( hair and filth all over it ). There were wet used towels and dirty bedding left on the side table. No one was available to do anything about it. They do not cook breakfast ( not that I would eat there ) so that’s a complete lie and you’re paying for it. The blinds on the windows have been fitted by Stevie Wonder and don’t open or close. The place is run down and generally filthy. The water is constantly freezing cold and your unable to shower. Even the electric was off. So at times we had cold water with no electricity. The owner is the most disgusting and rude person I’ve ever met and will not converse or do anything about your situation. PLEASE DON’T BOOK HERE. You’d be better off sleeping in your car. !!! It’s vile and unsafe. I paid £800 for an executive room for 7 days to be close to my partner who had an operation in a local hospital. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. You will be ignored by anyone that occasionally works there. A DISGRACEFUL EXPERIENCE!!! The 1 stars I have given it are actually minus 10 and more. 1 star is way too good for the place. BE WARNED !!! Or get vaccinated before you dare go. Sarah - Wrexham.

Bitten to pieces by bed bugs. Colleague stayed 18/1/23 and bitten all over. I have pictures in case this is disputed. Is stayed in 10 , and 12, and I know 3 also has bed bugs I booked through my company, I have highlighted this with my company. Owner is a good man but is not doing anything about this

This was very disappointing, I booked an 'executive room', we could not find anything executive about it!! The room was tiny and we had to climb over furniture to get out one side of the bed! The sheets had stains on them which looked like fresh blood. The pillows, which were very comfortable were stained badly inside, they were covered with pillow protectors which were also yellow and stained. The bathroom had stains on the floor tiles and paint splashes, it all looked quite slapdash and scruffy. It was also very noisy from other guests, the first night we were woken by a noisy couple banging around at 4am, shouting, singing and having very loud intercourse! They did have plenty of tea and coffee facilities in the room and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also very good. We did not see any member of staff after the cleaning lady let us in and a man in the reception office on the day we left. The hotel looked more like a house of multiple occupation than a hotel, the photos and reviews were really good so I thought it was going to be lovely but unfortunately it was not.
