Hampton Inns are all pretty standard. This one is a step above the norm. The entire staff makes sure that they go out of their way to make sure that your stay is great. The rooms, common areas, and outside are clean and well maintained. The cleaning of the guest laundry always seems to be neglect in most hotels. Even it is clean.

Only stayed here one night but it was a busy Saturday .Was greeted at check in by a very polite young lady.Room was clean and very quiet,heard no outside noises.Morning breakfast was eggs,potatoes,make your own waffles.Typical Hampton breakfast but very good.Lady working breakfast was very nice...Would stay again and highly recommend..

Convenient hotel within walking distance to stores, Millionaire Row, Restaurants, walking trail, and to highway. Rooms are spacious, clean, large tv, microwave and fridge in room. Bathroom is clean with shelf to put your items as well as lots of linens. Only thing I would prefer is a shower as opposed to bathtub. Digital check in was easy, staff was nice. Only negative was door was super sticky and a bit tough to get in at first.

I recently had a weekend stay at the Hampton Inn Downtown in Williamsport, PA. It was over 95 degrees outside, and when I got to my room, it was so cool and clean, I felt immediately relaxed. I was in town visiting family, and after a long day it was nice to go back to my hotel room and sleep. The bed and pillows were as comfortable as I come to expect from a Hampton property. The shower pressure was perfect. I used the gym throughout my stay, the area was very clean and organized. There was enough equipment to get a good strength workout completed. The staff were wonderful, very polite, patient and helpful. The location itself, easy to get on and off the highway. The outside patio, looked very nice, too hot to use it, but I look forward to it at a future stay. I especially appreciated the inspirational quotes placed throughout the hotel, very nice touch. Miranda Kajawa is the General Manager, who clearly is doing a great job, and has the fully respect of her staff, or they wouldn’t have been such a pleasure. I will be staying at the Hampton Inn Downtown for future visits to the Williamsport, PA area.

Nice hotel, everything is good. The girl who worked desk was very helpful, we were not familiar with the area, so she directed us to a local brew pub that is within walking distance to the hotel. Other than that, this is your typical Hampton, which is what I like.

We had a family wedding and traveled to PA from CT. We chose this hotel as there was a pool and hot tub for our granddaughters to enjoy. The first night we tried to go, the pool was extremely cold-not running and no heat. The hot tub was full of sand and also not running. The second night, we attempted to swim again and the pool was packed. I have no problem with other people in the pool however there were between 75-100 kids, their parents were in the pool area, drinking out of glass containers and not paying attention to any of them. The kids were unruly, out of control and being down right disrespectful. My 7 year old granddaughter was trying to swim, and a large boy and girl jumped in almost landing on her. We brought these concerns to the front desk and absolutely nothing was done. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub and was unable to enjoy it for the entire weekend. And nothing being done was even worse. The people working didn't care how upset we were. We go to PA several times a year and will never never stay here again. We will also let our family's know to stay clear of this place! FYI: Also, the hot tub and pool were full of sand!!! Piles on the floor of both!

Our room was very clean and quiet. The hotel lobby was modern and clean. All of the employees were very polite and professional. Breakfast was pretty good with fresh coffee and food, though they need to add more meat selections. Overall a great stay.

I stayed two weekends in a row. The rooms were beautiful and on the second trip they kept checking in with me to make sure my stay was perfect. When I needed something - towels, remote- we got immediate assistance. We will be back for sure! And the breakfast was yummy too!

A wonderful hotel. Big bedroom with a Queen sized bed. There is a large tv, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and microwave in the room. There is not a safe in the room but there are safe deposit boxes at the front desk. A large supermarket is just next door.
