After complaining about the bed being dirty,they made me a clean bed with the most ripped up and stained sheets I’ve ever seen.This place is gross.

This place was fantastic staff was great and great breakfast also late checkout at 2 if your member!!!

Fantastic stay. Clean. Did a queen suite. Plenty of room. Everything was excellent. Nice pool. Great staff. Good breakfast. Great stay!

The room was really clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The first room that I checked in, there were hair on bedding. The front desk was really nice & immediately assigned me another room, which had the same problem but I didn’t complain again . It was a 2 day stay . On the morning of the second day me & my kids woke up to bug bites on different parts of our body. I visit Williamsport often & mostly choose Holiday inn express for my stay. But this time i had a really bad experience with the cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms.

Very comfortable room, clean, neat, well-appointed. Courteous, friendly staff. We registered here just for the pool. Which was well enjoyed.

Stranger in the parking lot that apparently has been there for 2 mo. Asks for rides and money. Singles out solo females. He told me his wife and kids were waiting “over there” and when I looked There were no people. He pressured me to go to an ATM. This is absolutely unacceptable. Also the people next to me were LOUD. Loud music, yelling and banging around. Two calls to the front desk. Had me up til 2 am. You need SECURITY inside and outside of this hotel. Paid over $500 for two nights and I booked here over the comfort inn because I wanted to feel safe. That was not the experience at all. Not worth the $ and it’s unbelievable to me the staff knew of this man hanging around but doesn’t do anything about it. I called Williamsport police and they did go looking for him.
