Amazing stay at Shan C, my only regret is not staying for longer! Ken and Belinda were wonderful hosts, meeting us on arrival and giving us a good walkthrough of all there was to offer on the property, as well as nearby amenities and restaurants. The room was especially comfortable, and sweetened with the amazing view of the private beach and ocean right from our porch. Bonus points for providing a pair of binoculars to spot any passing whales or dolphins. In room amenities were fully provided - soft drinks, coffee, tea, water, biscuits - and the bathroom was well stocked with essentials too. We felt safe throughout our entire stay too, and can’t wait to be back again!

Stayed for 5 nights at Ken & Belinda’s lovely property on the cliffs at Wilderness Beach. The family room was spacious for the two of us and spotlessly clean and we were made to feel very welcome by the hosts. The property is right on the beach a short drive to the centre of Wilderness and close proximity to some excellent restaurants. Highly recommended.

This property deserves all the rave reviews as service and rooms are second to none.. Belinda and Ken are perfect hosts and look after all your needs with a caring and passionate desire to ensure you have a great time. Evenings sat around the bar table sharing stories with other guests are priceless. Many little touches to enhance your stay are provided on a daily basis - water, juice, cereal bars. snacks, nuts and a beer or glass wine always on offer. You will not be disappointed if you book here and like us you will return again.

Prachtige en gastvrije locatie. Direct aan zee. Eigen opgang. Aan alles is gedacht, zelden een verblijf gehad waar zo goed nagedacht is over inrichting en gastvrijheid. Dat Ken je na vertrek ‘s avonds nog even bericht of je goed bent aangekomen. Top!

Absolutely Fantastic - best hosts ever
Our stay at the Shan C was amazing ! The accommodation is wonderful - clean, spacious, comfortable and right on the beach.
Ken and Belinda are the most fantastic hosts and welcomed us with lots of lovely wee surprises - Belinda makes an amazing Milk Tart which was left as a surprise in our fridge and Ken offers loads of great advice on places to visit. A wonderful couple.

Belinda and Ken have a really lovely thing going on here, and our only regret was that we didn't stay longer! From the moment we arrived, they warmly greeted us with true warmth; they head left us fresh cherries and a blackcurrant juice, plus they offered us wine and beer around the pool. Our room had endless views of the bay (with binoculars awaiting our use), the room was comfortable and had everything we needed (included freshly ground coffee and a french press). Sadly we didn't even use the pool area, as the 15 minute walk into Wilderness kept us exploring the friendly little town and it's ample restaurants and other distractions. It truly felt like visiting family or friends, and I hope you A) book here, and B) enjoy it as much as we did! Highly recommended.
