Having spent one night in a superior triple room and dined in both the The Sally Gap and Sika restaurant, I would encourage any potential customers to avoid this establishment. Neither the general manager, Eamonn Casey or the Director of Food, Stacey Scanlon had the courtesy to provide any feedback or support following food poisoning in the Sally Gap bar which affected one of my party. An initial call from the hotel two days after the incident led to no further correspondence. Whilst the interiors and exterior are exceptional, the hotel is best avoided considering the high prices and sub par service. Senior management's lack of engagement speaks volumes for the hotel's overall coldness. It is no surprise the hotel ranks so poorly nationally.
