Love it n very nice n clean n reasonable n except pets

No hand soap, urine on toilet seat, stained bed sheets, very hot and humid, AC doesn’t work very well. Overall just very dingy. Would not ever recommend in a million years. Apparently, I have to use at least 200 characters. Okay there we go.

Plumbing issues, toilet tank broken and trapped, questionable characters wandering around at all hours, sheets hadn't been changed, had to take it to the office for them to get someone to take care of it

Staff were very friendly and sweet I will definitely go back! I never had a problem while I was there. I would definitely go back there when I come to visit Texas again. I had my kid with me and he enjoyed it as well!

Never worth the price. Way better to book a higher price hotel that’s worth cost. This place was just crazy. They say they have breakfast but its just a muffin and coffee. Plus several cigarette holes on the blankets even though i requested a non smoking room. There was hair on the sides of the tub that were not mine also. Pillows so thin. Its crazy that they cant spend 15-20$ on a good pillow.

The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I had an oversize vehicle that they allowed me to park in a no parking area on the side of the building. The hotel had been nicely remodeled but that's where the niceness ended. The loby was closed, being used for storage, the first room was disgusting and the second room was clean enough. The remodeled room had not been maintained (the secondary flip lock was broken and all of the linens were stained). It was noisy with thumping base and diesel trucks sounding like they were doing laps back and forth in the parking lot. I had too run-ins with tweaker looking people. The first slammed into my bedroom door at 3am waking me up while apparently unloading half their truck bed onto the sidewalk in front of my room and the second got uncomfortably close to me and my truck as I was loading back up to leave. Overall, it was dirty and I felt unsafe.

The staff here is amazing, everyone is so friendly and welcoming upon checking in, always greeted with a smile. They are super helpful and understanding, if any problems arise they will work with you until you’re satisfied. The rooms are pretty comfortable and clean.

Total disappointment as far as room, cleanliness and service goes, internet wifi doesn't work and i got charged twice and been told to wait for a weeks time and my money has not been returned. I'd say ghis is top 3 of my worst hotel experiences ever

This place was disgusting all furniture was stained burned marked up the walls were all kinda stained the bedding was minimal at best the bathtub had chipped paint no shampoo or towels or toilet paper the toilet was clogged the whole time an the heater didn't keep the room warm
