The kind and courteous staff were the best thing about our stay, so shoutout to OG, AJ, Jennifer and Jeffrey. We also did enjoy breakfast as it had enough variety to offer. However, the hotel did have some issues. We stayed on and off for 1.5 weeks, 3 different rooms and all had issues. One had a defective AC, the next was saturated with humidity and the last one was okay but many stains on the carpet. Overall, all the rooms feel quite old and in need of refurbishment. Lastly, housekeeping was very inconsistent. At times they did it, but then they failed to pass by for a few days so upon calling front desk I was informed cleaning had to be requested. And then they did come by without request...so, inconsistent.

O.G at the breakfast area was the best we've ever had. We where there for 2 week stay and did overnight shifts but going back to O.G and breakfast was the best. Breakfast was very good from French toast to egg sandwiche, and the best attitude to start or end our day!! When we had a second opportunity to go another 2 weeks we all agreed to only 1 place to stay at. The White marsh area and mall are a block down the road with a great area for family and dining. We told our company if it wasn't for O.G we wouldn't have gone back second time.

We decided to stay here due to its central location. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The owners need to start considering a renovation to update the rooms and hallway carpeting. Not sure why they are charging a fee for self-parking since it is an open unsecured parking lot.

This hotel was filthy and is infested with rats. I found rat dropping in my luggage when i returned home. Reported it to the hotel staff and requested a call back from the manager. No one called be back! One positive experience was I received an early check in

We always have a great experience at this hotel! It's clean, the food is good and the staff is so friendly all the time! Should out to Omaira who made our breakfast extra enjoyable. She was attentive, friendly and so personable-she made our last morning there one to remember. We will be back and we look forward to seeing Omaira!

I gave a 4 because the breakfast was great , the cook/ chef was fantastic, the staff was good and the room was clean . The snacks in the room that I paid for was a 1. Paid the extra fee for snacks in the room . It was 16.00 more for that add on. There was 2 bottles of water, an orange that was bad, an apple that didn't look the best , a small pack of nuts and a bag of chips. Honestly that was horrible. Normally you get 2 sodas, 1 candy bars and 2 salty snacks . I talked the girl at the desk . Let's be honest I could have bought water at Wawa for a dollar - fruit a dollar each and let's say 5 for the 2 snacks . So 9 dollars. Snacks in the room is a nice extra when you actually get something. Again this was very bad.

Conveniently located and comfortable stay, thanks to excellent staff. Jessica at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The breakfast experience is above and beyond due to the great food and the personal service from Omaira G. Get the French toast!

OG is the best part of the Hilton Garden Inn. She was very friendly and welcoming!! I would visit this place again if I got to see her again. Thanks OG!! OMaria is all about hospitality. She was awesome!! Highly recommend the made to order breakfast.
