Corra Lynn

Short stay of 2 nights in room 2. Easy contactless checkin. Overall a nice room, not over keen on the layout but just my opinion. Really comfortable bed, lovely modern shower room with top class toiletries. Tea & coffee making facilities, and mini fridge. Wall fitted bedside lamps, but no light bulbs in, (tiny lamp on one bedside cabinet that didn't give much light out) so if you wanted to sit and read in bed you had to have the main light on, also could do with a blind on the window as well as the curtains due to the close proximity of the other rooms windows. They had blinds but this one didn't. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Corra Lynn is in a great position, one way straight down the hill to the town centre, other direction short walk to the Whale bones. Great that you had a parking space. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely couple of days staying here with my mum in room 2. Beds were very comfortable, lovely hot shower and delicious breakfast. Couple of things I would suggest would be the lighting. It was very poor. A couple of bedside lamps needed for both bedside tables. We struggled to get the balance right. Also would suggest having the tv mounted above the fire place and get rid of one of the mirrors, everyone can see from their beds and would mean the chairs were not needed. Would have liked the extra space that would have freed up. Overall a great b & b and would highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Staying at Corra Lynn was the best B&B experience I've ever had. The location was perfect and guaranteed parking took the stress out of arrival. Michelle and Simon were warm, genuine, attentive hosts and it's clear how much hard work and pride they take in their business. Nothing was too much trouble during our stay and they made the whole process, from booking online to checking out, simple and stress free. We stayed in room 6, which as the website clearly states, is one of the more compact rooms, however, we managed perfectly well staying for four nights. Our room was clean and modern and had everything you needed, including a fan which was much appreciated due to the weather being particularly humid during our stay! Breakfast was fantastic, offering a tasty, quality meal which set us up for the day and again Michelle, Simon and Carys always went above and beyond, ensuring we were well looked after. Our experience staying here was an absolute joy and now we have found this lovely little gem it will certainly be my first choice should I stay in Whitby in the future. I cannot recommend it highly enough and if you are thinking of booking, please do, you will not be disappointed.

We had a lovely few days staying at the Corra Lynn. Hosts Michelle and Simon are very nice and welcoming. Our room (number 4) was very clean and spacious, with a plentiful supply of tea, coffee and other such items that we required during our stay. The full English breakfast is freshly cooked and delicious - there are plenty of other options if a full English isn't for you and various dietary needs are catered for upon request. The Corra Lynn is ideally situated for exploring Whitby on foot, being only a short walk from the town centre, harbour and beach areas, although Whitby is a hilly town, so the walk may challenge those who are less able. The Corra Lynn has it's own off road parking space at the front, which is fantastic in a town where practically all on road parking is restricted and permit controlled. We certainly recommend a stay at the Corra Lynn!

Fabulous hosts. Couldn't do enough to help you. Made to feel very welcome. Clean smart rooms. Great facilities. Easy access to the town and harbour. Great location. Tasty Full English breakfast with great products. Would Highly recommend.

booked last minute beautiful room with tea and coffee facilities and more readily available at reception. lovely breakfast cooked to order. had time slots so wasn't too busy and couldn't pick time convenient to you. bonus was parking outside hotel. wouldn't hesitate to visit again lovely hosts
