The lights in both single beds were not working, and despite my repeated calls to the technician for two consecutive days, nobody came to fix them. Throughout my five-night stay, the room was only vacuumed twice, despite the fact that there was hair scattered around, particularly in the toilets. Additionally, there were visible marks on the floor from spills caused by children.
The person responsible for cleaning used dishwashing detergent in the dishwasher, resulting in an excessive amount of foam overflowing from the machine and creating bubbles leaks in the kitchen floor.
