Hotel: This is a decent full service Marriott. It is a short drive to just about anything in the area. The restaurant in the hotel is has good food, highly recommend it. There is coffee in the lobby, which was very nice. The hotel can get overran when they have a conference going on. They do close the M Lounge on the weekends, which turned out to be a big disappointment. I went down for breakfast one morning and had to wait for 20 minutes to be allowed in. I am not sure why they don't open the M Lounge, at least for breakfast to help manage the volume. Or they could also use the seating of the attached restaurant. Breakfast, after I got in, was marginal at best. It is a self serve Buffett. The food really wasn't that great. However, they want to treat it like a full service restaurant. So you spend a lot of time waiting for your coffee and then your check (very expensive if it isn't included). The "service" for the self serve Buffett was actually bad. All in all, I will stay here again, but I will do anything else for breakfast. Check-In: Check-in was quick and efficient. Staff were pleasant. Room: The rooms were big, clean, and well taken care of. They did have the hard floors, which I really like. I feel like the hard floors actually get cleaned and sanitized unlike carpet (there is no way carpet is getting sanitized routinely). The room had a good TV in it. However, the wifi was terrible. I just gave up on the wifi and went to my hot spot. House keeping also didn't replace the empty conditioner bottle before check-in. I really like the larger bottles, however, it is unacceptable for them to be empty. The room itself is poorly lit. My stay was a dark overcast each day, and the room stayed very dim, even with all lights on and the window open. Sleep: The bed in the room i incredible! I had no exterior noise, and the room did get dark and stay dark for sleeping. I had a great nights sleep. -flyou
