Out dated, shower water pressure weak worst shower I’ve ever had! Owners were very nice and welcoming. Temperature hard to control in the room very cold. Fleas in the room broken bling in the bathroom privacy issue. Parking lot being paved had to park on the motel lawn. Linen and pillows were awful bed spread thin and not warm. This place needs remodeled. Outdoor seating by the river dirty cob webs grass hasn’t been cut on the property hard to walk to the river, The reviews were kind to this property and misleading.

Very quaint 1950’s model motel. We loved the nostalgic look. Outside entrance, with key! Clean, comfortable bed, nice towels. No frills, but clean and very friendly, informative staff. Would stay again. If this hotel were on Route 66, it would stay booked 24/6!

L'Anchor Motel è una soluzione vincente per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Affacciato sulle sponde del Niagara River, è decentrato rispetto al paese caotico, artificiale, costosissimo (e molto kitch) di Niagara Falls. Tuttavia in meno di dieci minuti si raggiungono comodamente le cascate. Il motel gode di un ampio giardino a utilizzo anche degli ospiti, con sdraio, tavoli, sedie e bbq. Unica nota dolente: le camere sono davvero datate, anguste, e i bagni piccolissimi. Il potenziale di questo posto è enorme, se venisse ristrutturato diventerebbe davvero bello... Una particolare nota di merito ai proprietari: persone deliziose con cui abbiamo avuto il piacere di chiacchierare e che si sono dimostrate super gentili e disponibili, oltre che solari e simpatiche!

Cute, clean, and reasonably priced especially compared to the area. Owner was friendly and helpful informing about the area. Room was tidy and had no issues. Definitely the cheapest in the area. Property also had nice water view, and a pool which we didn’t use. Overall would stay again.

Recently my wife and I had 3 nights booked. Unfortunately we had a serious car accident and we had to cancel. Sadly we booked through *********** (never again!!) *********** claimed that the venue refused our refund, which was not the case. Thankfully the venue to refund us. We never got to stay there, but was impressed with their service.
