It was not bad. If the location is more far from the highway, it would be more good. One thing, remote control of TV has some oils. I think those small parts also need to be cared.

Customer service is very rude

So to start the original room we were given there were people in it. The second room reeked of smoke and upon entering you could see bugs on the floor. We finally got our room on the third try. Went down to eat breakfast and all they had was cereal.

Do not waste your money on this hotel. The room smelled awful the toilet lid was broke the carpet was dark dirty and just disgusting. The photos on line look nothing like the hotel on the inside or the outside. Went to the front desk to see about getting a refund it was that gross. Chevelle at the front desk was helpful and offered us another room. Since the manager was not in the building she could not refund us our money. This room was only slightly better but the floor was not carpet. Paint is chipped throughout entire building, cove carpet is stapled up.

The staff were nice and the price was low, but I would not recommend bringing your girlfriend here. I do not know any women who would agree to stay in one of these smelly, dark, run-down rooms with mold in the shower and walls that need repair. The sheets were clean, so I stayed. The owners are not reinvesting in the building and the deferred maintenance is everywhere.

Employee RAMONA stold $100 Cash deposit. Claiming we smoked In the room, and showed Us some photo on her cellphone of a trash can with a beer can & cigarette butt in it.? OMG. Probably took in her kitchen , and on her phone many years! RAMONA needs to be Fired & Jailed.....

I dont care what the reviews say, the lady at the front desk helped me out tonight…I let her know I only had x amount of $ for 2 nights and she got my dogs, friend and I in a pet friendly room. It ended up being $3 more than we could afford, she said “hold on give me a minute” and applied a $3 discount so we could have a roof over our heads for two day/nights until we could get home. People with this type of kindness dont understand how far it truly goes. AND it was 11pm and I could tell she was tired, she didn't have to help me out, but she did. As far as the rooms, you pay for what you get. They were clean no problems there. Walls are a little thin but not an issue. This isn't the four seasons, if thats what you were expecting then you should've booked there instead. Anyways, this is an employee that cares about her guests. I wish I got her name, she was our angel tonight.
