Lovely guest house, with a very friendly and hard working couple. Made us feel very welcome. Stayed in room 5 which was lovely, comfy and very seaside. The only tiny negative is the location to the town, quite a walk. Lovely breakfast and able to see the sea is a big bonus.

Just got back from a 4 night break at the valentine guest house and will definitely be going back would highly recommend this one the breakfast was amazing and room very clean nick and Caroline couldn't do anything better thank you Jim and Marian x

Three night stay for a break in the routine, luckily we were offered a room at the back, so little or no noise from the traffic on the Esplanade. Shower and bath in a good sized en-suite. Proper sized wine glasses provided in the room with a corkscrew, bottle opener and mini fridge/ice box provided, as the usual tea, coffee in B&B style and if running low, we were free to go into the dining room to top up. Good choice at breakfast, and plenty of great places to eat through the day and evening. Car parking arrangements are a bit unusual - but effective! Lovely family atmosphere, (book room 1 if you can😉).

Fantastic hotel. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. Perfect location and the room was beautiful and clean with a lovely view of the sea and had everything we needed. The breakfast was exceptional and did not fault! Will definitely be returning very soon.

We had a lovely stay with Nick and Caroline- just 2 nights but great. The twin room was just what we wanted and we hope to stay there next time we visit Weymouth. They were wonderful hosts and the breakfast really was fabulous. It is a great location too.

Enjoyable and comfortable stay, the hosts Caroline and Nick are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic too! It's in a great location, next to the beach but a bit further along so it's probably quieter than other places. Would definitely recommend this place

Disappointed in our stay here. Firstly make sure you take note of timings here. Check-in is before 7:30pm and breakfast is between 8:45 - 9:45am arriving downstairs at 9:45am (admittedly later than what we said the night before) we were told breakfast was finished and had missed out. The room we stayed in has a nice view but is noisy at night. The bed is small for two and not comfortable. Despite what other reviews have said we didn’t feel welcome. Wouldn’t recommend.

A very warm welcome on arrival and an excellent stay in a lovely guest house. Room was warm, clean and tidy with a comfortable bed, breakfast was superb catering for what ever we wished to eat. I would be more than happy to book this guest house the next time I'm in Weymouth, and wish Nick & Caroline all the best for the future.
