Beach View Guesthouse

Very friendly host, lovely room with a view and a great breakfast. Perfect for what we needed. The host was very welcoming. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Excellent base between the beach and harbour. Would recommend and come again.

Lovely stay. The room's clean breakfast was delicious. Lovely hosts. Will definitely be back and will recommend to others. Perfect location as well. We were lucky enough to get a parking space around the corner and was given a permit from the guest house so no charge.

We had a wonderful stay here - the rooms are so clean and spacious, with a gorgeous sea view! Karen and Graham were the most amazing hosts! We have stayed in many b&bs along Weymouth seafront over the years and this is by far the best one we have ever stayed in! My daughter is coeliac and they were so accommodating with providing a gluten free breakfast for her with gluten free sausages and toast which is hard to find even in many restaurants these days so we were very impressed! 100% totally reccommend and we are already looking to book our next stay here!

Could not fault this hotel. The owners were very welcoming and more than helpful. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the harbour. The cooked breakfast is excellent with very good ingredients. I would give a review of more than 5* if possible. A very enjoyable stay and I will definitely rebook when returning. Would highly recommend.

This is a modest b&b, great value for money, clean, comfortable and a delicious quality breakfast for the price. Parking is a challenge but it is Weymouth after all. If you are looking for a boutique experience this is not for you. But a friendly and comfortable one it definitely is.

Karen and Graham are delightful people to vista. Warm clean accommodation. Great views very near to town and just yards from the beach. We love visiting here great hosts. Breakfast is absolutely wonderful and hot. Karen goes out of her way to make you very welcome.

Fantastic B&B at a great price. Parking is a bit hit and miss but we found a spot, and the B&B sorted out the permit which gave us 24 hours free parking. Hosts were really friendly and welcomed us. Room was perfectly adequate for us - bathroom in our room (room 4) slightly compact but perfectly useable, but the view from the room really made up for it! Room was very clean, bedding smelt lovely and fresh, and it was so amazing waking up to the sound of the seagulls and watching the boats leaving the harbour. Highlight of the B&B for us was the amazing breakfast. Everything was cooked to perfection. Highly recommended B&B - we will definitely go back again when visiting Weymouth.

Brilliant location, fantastic hosts just back from our anniversary weekend getaway, lovely breakfast each day, even loaned us chairs to sit and watch beach motocross. And what a lovely surprise to find a bottle of bubbly and a card on our return to the room ,thank you so much Karen and Graham.
