This hotel has a lovely vibrant energy, friendly staff, a good gym and leisure centre, and access to parking. If planning on staying here it might be important to know that Reeds restaurant can only be accessed via package deal (slightly disappointing), however the bar offers good food to all guests. Unfortunately, the main issue my husband and I had was the very uncomfortable beds. Pillows and matterresses felt quite hard and uncomfortable, and we both struggled to sleep as a result of discomfort during our stay. Other than uncomfortable beds, we were impressed by the hotel, however we would not choose to stay here again based on the quality of beds. %#@#

A beautiful hotel with a splendid view, at the edge of the road but close to nature! We had a pleasant stay! Comfortable room with a view, very good buffet breakfast!

A great stay at Ferrycarrig. Lovely modern room with fab views. We had a fine dining experience in Reeds restaurant. Excellent food and a special mention for Chelsea. A really lovely young lady who went above and beyond. She is a credit to your business.

Amazing stay. The lady at the desk, think her name was Shauna, was extremely helpful upon arrival and gave us a free room upgrade. Hotel facilities exceptional and swimming pool was great for the kids. Wife loved the gym and the walks around the hotel. Would highly reccomend and will definitely return!

Stayed for two nights prior to our trip from Rosslare to Pembroke. Excellent value two night dinner bed and breakfast deal. Staff very helpful. Do get a room with a balcony overlooking the river. As we had an early morning boat to catch, reception ordered a takeout breakfast for us, very thoughtful.

Another great return visit to the Ferrycarrig Hotel. Great room, spotless, great food and wonderful staff. We booked the 3 night midweek package, it was worth it. We had fabulous food in Reeds Restaurant every night and a great breakfast each morning.

Ideal hotel for a wedding. The willing staff solved all special requests . Nice comfortable big room. The hotel has the option of a spa, fitness or massage. Tasty food, excellent breakfast ⭐. We are3 friends who have been returning to the Ferrycarrig Hotel for years for our annual holiday. The Hotel is fabulous - first class location and facilities. All the staff are just fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for them. It’s like coming home each year. The breakfasts and evening meals are amazing. I have to adhere to a gluten free food regime but thats never a problem here. It’s the only hotel I have no worries about this and am facilitated in a no hassle manner. We cannot compliment the staff enough from Jean on reservations to Lucy, Supervisor, Ellen and Kim on front desk, to Derek the perfect charming gentleman/host manager at breakfast and Eoin and Alvina and the wonderful chefs in Reids restaurant. Thank you all. Highly recommended. A+++++

Stayed at the Ferrycarrig Hotel on 12th July for two nights (one of my many visits). It really is a gem. Check in was fast and friendly. The rooms are large with excellent facilities and large screen TV and Wi-Fi. Beautiful view over the Estuary from the balcony. There is a lovely Bar that serves food which is delicious (pity they dropped the Shepard's Pie from the menu). Evening dinner is in top class Reid's Restaurant. The Breakfasts were some of the best I got anywhere and requesting poached eggs was absolutely no trouble. My highlight on visits is the leisure center with a lovely pool, Jacuzzi, steam room & sauna. Wexford town is just 10 minute drive away. I also highly recommend a trip to the Heritage Centre which is just down the road from the Hotel. All in all a lovely hotel with friendly staff. I am looking forward to my next visit already.
