We checked into our king room and hairs found on bed sheets. Front desk offered a new set of sheets but we asked for another room. The queen room comforter had dirt or stain but just used sheet. Hair on bathroom floor. Breakfast area and lobby was clean.

Checked into first room. Bed was not made up and the coffee table was nasty with stains that had not been wiped down. Numerous hairs in bathroom. I then changed rooms. The second room upon entry was 77 degrees in side even though the thermostat was set at 68. I turned it off and back on and it started working but took several hours to cool. At first glance the room seemed clean until I went to bed and noticed all the dirt and crumbs my feet picked up by walking around the room. Then in the morning while taking my shower I noticed several hairs in the shower. Worst of all there was a large piece of black and white something in the drain of the sink. I told the clerk of the problems at check out and got the managers card and sent her an email explaining the problems. The manager is MacKenzie Villalonga and I ask her to address it. As of this review, it has been 80 hours with no phone call or email. Poor customer service and nasty hotel.

Spent the night to break up a long Christmas trip and were quite happy with accomodations although a bit pricey. Hotel is well maintained, not that busy but very clean and up to date. Room was comfortable, plenty of space and everything you would need for a short stay. Staff quiute helpful and most pleasant. Very good breakfast in the morning and we both left feeling refreshed.

We had a nice king room and bath. It was very clean and quiet. The friendly front desk clerk gave us a list of restaurants. There were many within 10 minutes drive. There's laundry on 3rd floor, I don't know if there is laundry on every floor. Lots of free parking.

Body wash pump was visibly filthy. Hair in shower and on surfaces in room. Bed sheets were not clean. Sticky residue on furniture surfaces. Purchased cleaners and returned to try to make it usable. Request for a vacuum was declined so we requested a different room. Bed sheets had an insect, bed skirt had something dried and crusted. We checked out and did not stay.

Family of five, staying one night for a funeral the next day. There was absolutely no parking available due to many trucks parked in the lot. We were told by the front desk that we could park in the ******** store’s parking lot across the street. Thank you that is exactly where I want to park with three children. This is not a family friendly hotel nor a family friendly location. We had no choice as we were here for one night for a funeral the next day. I had reserved a suite for 5 as we obviously needed to use the pull out couch. However there were no blankets or pillows provided for the couch. I was informed that there were none available. Now I can understand if we were a walk in but we were not. The only joy I have is that we will never have to stay here in the future. I am disappointed with the Hampton Inn as we have stayed in numerous Hamptons on road trips. This has been the worse experience by far. Hampton Inn don’t bother to respond with the canned response. Just do better.

What a lovely place to stay. I was out in the area for a dog show, and had my two dogs with me. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the beds were cozy but honestly, the best part of my stay was the staff, especially Donija at the front desk. She went out of her way to be kind, helpful. smiling and friendly - such a nice gift when one is far from home and feeling a bit homesick! - and I hope this hotel knows what an asset she is. Thank you for a wonderful stay - I'll be back!

My son was in a hockey tournament and we booked our stay through Lucid Travel. We booked a double queen room with a pull-out sofa. Upon arrival, we given our room key. When we checked into the room, we noticed there was no sofa. I asked the front desk about this and was told "Oh yeah, a dog ruined it." Although that seems like a probable incident, that is not my fault. We paid for a room with a pull out couch because we have three children and two adults and were counting on this bed to accommodate sleeping for all. It was annoying to need to check in to the room to figure out on our own that what we paid for was not there. We should have been told this upon checking in. The price was not adjusted to reflect this. When unpacked in the room and used the restroom, we noticed that the barn door to the bathroom was having a hard time closing and opening. It was getting stuck (falling off the track) and trapping whoever was using it inside the bathroom. I have a five-year-old who weighs less than the door and this was concerning to me. We continued to put the 50lb door back on it's track each and every time we used it. At one point, the door fell off completely onto my husband when he was trying to fix it. We brought this safety concern up to the front desk. If this door were to fall off onto my daughter, who weighs a mere 40lbs, she would be hospitalized. I did not feel safe staying in a room where a door could harm her. The girl at the desk told us they would not move our room because there were no "double queen sofa" rooms left, only "double queen." It was extremely frustrating because we didn't even have the sofa, so comparable, it was the exact same room available but they would not move us. When I demanded that the door be fixed, I was told there was no maintenance on and it would not be possible. I was told the manager (who was also not on the property all weekend) also would not approve a room change. I asked which bathroom we should use in the meantime and I was told that my children should use the public restroom off the lobby. When my child needed to use the restroom in the middle of the night, should I send her down the hallway? When they needed showers, should I send them to the pool? In what world is this a reasonable request? I said it was unacceptable to not have a bathroom that we could access safely. I am frustrated that Hilton had the ability to fix this major safety concern, and instead, they chose to make a decision that jeopardized the safety of my children. I felt extremely uncomfortable and on edge all weekend. This could have been fixed by giving us another room, but for whatever power struggle reason, your management refused. I paid for a pull out sofa that wasn't provided and I paid for a functional bathroom. Halfway through the second day maintenance finally came and fixed the door. I am completely disgusted with how this was handled. We were offered nothing at first. Then we were offered Hilton points, which I do not

Would recommend this hotel to family and friends. The ladies at the front desk were helpful. Even the breakfast was great and it was clean. Coffee anytime all the time. Also tip the cleaners they are friendly.
